At first we thought it went really great except the placement of the maiden grass wasn't where I wanted it, but then when the grass came in it was mostly weeds. We even had corn stalks growing. Also a large rut developed behind the bed from where the water rain down the small grade back there and you can still see the tree roots, no grass will grow there.When the owner was called he said he couldn't control mother nature or what was in the seed. I know we can go to the store and buy premium seed that grows only grass, which tells me he bought cheap seed. I also don't feel they removed the tree roots enough, he said he couldn't help if they "rose to the top" but you can see where the bobcat scraped them, which also leads me to believe they didn't add enough dirt. He said we'd have to hire a lawn care service to treat the yard to get rid of the weeds, he recomended a friend of his and said he'd then come back and re-seed. We did hire someone, not his friend, we've never heard from him again, he doesn't answer or return phone calls, text or emails. He asked me to email pictures, I did, he said he never recieved them or any of my emails or phone calls ( when he mistakenly answered the phone once). The dump truck delivering the soil also cracked the apron of our driveway, again, not his fault. He also has " a 100% guarentee on our work for a full year!" When I brought that up, he said "no, that only pertains to the plants, if a rosebush dies within that year, he'll replace it but it doesn't cover the yard or the grass". I would add photos but not sure how too :(
