Robert Jones Plumbing has been serving the entire Tri-state area for over 25 years. Founded by Robert Jones and joined by his brother Jim Jones the two brothers have built a business on word of mouth. Their performance speaks for itself. Now Trevor Jones and Nick Jones, Bob and James sons are in the fold, learning and teaching many new ways to conduct and receive business.

Description of Work: They evaluated old water heater, recommended a replacement, and installed a new water heater. Was able to recommend with certainty what would work for our home. The person who evaluated and recommended the water heater was extremely knowledgeable about my old water heater and in making the a recommendation for a new water heater (electric vs. gas and the amount of gallons). Thank you.

Description of Work: They replaced my hot water heater. The bottom had cracked and water had been leaking which put out the pilot. The technician arrived on time and replaced the water heater in a relatively short time. He took the old one with him. Overall it was an excellent experience with Robert Jones Plumbing.

Description of Work: The plumber called when he was on his way - it was within the time frame promised. Once he arrived he accessed the repairs that needed to be made. Upon further inspection it was discovered the hot water heater needed to be replaced. They came back several days later to complete the water heater install. Overall, work was satisfactory and I would use them again if needed.

They were effecient. They were on time. They took care of the paperwork to be sent to the county. Their price was average. We have had Jones Plumbing do all of our plumbing needs and we have never had any problems.
