Nick replaced 46 yards carpet in master bedroom. He did great job, as in past. He brought samples and left them with us a few days to make choice. He provided quote and the final bill was as quoted. The selected carpet had to be shipped to Cincinnati hence delaying install. Nick and his help removed the heavy large furniture for us and then put everything back in place without incident. I love the carpet and color and of course Nick's work. He gives great install at a fair price.

The whole process went well. Came to my house with samples of carpets I told him I was interested in. Nick is very knowledgable and answered all my questions about different types of carpets and wear. He made the process easy. Explained the installation process and what would happen. Measured and gave me an estimate on the job. My desision was not made on price only. I felt Nick would do me a good job after talking with him at length. The crew showed up on the day that was agreed on and started the job immediately. Everyone was freindly and professional. The capet looks great and the seam is invisible. I'm very picky about work done at my house and I must say this was a graet job. Planning on him doing more work for me. Thanks

Good experience, Nick is a nice guy who really wants to do his best. He was prompt is following up after a week to see how I was doing with his bid. I called him about 2 weeks later and he quickly remembered me, which I appreciated. We scheduled the work a week later at 12:30pm. He arrived at 12:32pm with his father and they went to work. They estimated the work would take a couple hours, but in the end was about 4. I think this pushed him up against his next appointment, and as a result he seemed rushed toward the end. There was a small glue spot on the seam which is unnoticeable, had he not pointed it out. I appreciated his honesty in letting me know that upfront. The rest of the carpet looked beautiful, tight and sharp on the edges. My only other complaint was the little mess left behind. There were bits of carpet laying around the edges of the floor I had to vacuum up and a 55-gal trash bag of leftover bits and pieces I had to take down to the trash myself. Aside from the cleaning up, I would have given him top marks. That being said, I would still feel comfortable recommending him.

Found this company on Angie's list. Called on a Sunday and had a return call the following day. Came out the following evening to show me the carpet and provide an estimate. The carpet was ordered before he left and installed it the following week. And this was with a holiday weekend in between. Very professional, prompt, courteous! Workmanship was excellent. I found NO minor scratches which one would expect on a fresh coat of paint. I will definitely call them in the future.

Perfect. We have used Nick before successfully. He was prompt responding to our call.He provided large carpet samples for us to deliberate color selection. He was patient while color was decided. His staff did install work and helped us move furniture back into room. As always professional from start to finish.
