Description of Work: Randy came out to my house, measured and gave excellent suggestions about design - I had several places in need of railings, etc. This was in February 2017. He said he would get back to me with estimates. Nothing happened. I contacted several times with varying responses - finally a person said she would investigate and get back to me - September 2017. Never happened. I was busy with other painting and repairs but I now really need these railings before winter. Finally, going elsewhere. He came highly recommended so I stuck with the company too long.

+ -1 moreLandscaper contacted them in July 2016. They did not respond. I contacted them and was told they were very busy. The landscaper and I contacted them several more times. Someone finally came out in September. I called about a month later asking for estimate. Finally got it a few weeks later but decided this company was too difficult to work with due to poor customer service.
Description of Work: Wanted a railing for back porch steps to patio.

Description of Work: This company was recommended to me because I had a new porch, steps and sidewalk replaced and I needed railings. I went to their website and did some research and put in a request online to have someone come to my home and give me a estimate. About 3 or 4 days went by and did not get a call or answer to the email submitted through their website. I called them back and the answer I have is that the person did not get there yet. I called a few days later and found out he stopped by but no estimate. I called a few days later and I was told it was not ready but as soon as it was they would call. A week plus later and they have not called back. Very unprofessional!

+ -1 moreWe found them on Angie's List. They did excellent work and they were timely. They did a good detailed work. They were professional. We are very happy with the job also. They had sub assemblies that they had to build on their plan. We tried to get them to time their appearances with the carpeting team, so they wouldn't be bumping into each other and complement each others work. It worked out fine. They were timely in that manner. As of now, the workmanship is like that we have touched bases with the old rails. They did an excellent work.
Description of Work: L & L Ornamental Iron did some railing and ornamental stairway work.

+ -1 moreThey were thorough and tried to give me the best option without having to replace the whole rail. The company problem solved and they weren't make-shift at all; they are high quality. They were very flexible with their time and it worked out great.
Description of Work: L & L Ornamental Iron fixed some wrought iron railings that rusted at the post. They replace the post, took off the whole railing, and then soldered the whole thing back together.

+ -1 moreI called and explained my situation to them. It was kind of an emergency situation. They came out and gave an estimate which was very fair. They told me (on Thurs) it takes about 3 weeks for the install but they were here the following Monday to install it. They put it in the exact way I wanted it. It is very sturdy. I am overwhelmed by their service and their courtesy. They went above and beyond the call of duty. I would recommend them to anybody.
Description of Work: They put in a wrought iron railing on my front steps.

+ -1 moreTHERE WERE SEVERAL ERRORS NOTICED BY ME AFTER WORK WAS DONE. AFTER MULTIPLE CALLS WITH THEM, THE RECEPTIONIST ONLY SAYS, "WE DON'T KNOW WHEN WE WILL GET AROUND TO IT". TWO OF MY OTHER BUILDERS HAVE TRIED TO TALK TO THEM, BUT NO LUCK. NO MESSAGES NEVER GET PAST HER. I STILL OWE 50% OF THE COSTS TO THEM. NOT RECOMMENDED.
Description of Work: WROUGHT IRON IN FRONT ENTRYWAY WAS DONE.
