The workers showed up on time, with all materials, and promptly started work. The exactness of their efforts showed in the finished project. The workers were both professional and polite, cleaning up afterwards. The walls they built were perfect, improving the look and value of our home.

They got in here very quickly after I called him. He gave me an estimate, which was right on. He got me in very quickly. It was just a no hassle kind of thing. The work was good quality and the service was excellent.

Paul took the job, but did not want to do the concrete himself, so he sub'd out the work. The subcontractor he use was terrible. They installed the concrete on a day when it was raining buckets. We questioned them and their response was, "this is when the concrete truck is here and we are not rescheduling." Needless to say, in less than a year the concrete began to fall apart. So we went back to Paul and asked him to make things right. He did not step up to help us until we hinted that we were ready to take legal action. Finally, the subcontractor came back to tear out the old concrete and lay down new. I personally had to help them remove the concrete after they broke it up. Also, they drove their truck to the back yard for everything, even to pick up a shovel they left behind. The whole experience was a nightmare. I will not do business with Egbers Outdoor Services ever again.

THE RETAINING WALL IS UNEVEN, WE HAVE HUGE GULLEYS IN THE YARD NOW WHEN IT RAINS. ONE OF THE DRAIN PIPES THEY INSTALLED RUNS OUTSIDE OF OUR PROPERTY LINE. THEY DAMAGED OUR FENCE, DESTROYED AN ENTIRE CORNER OF OUR DRIVEWAY AND THEN PATCHED IT WITH SOMETHING THAT DOES NOT MATCH. AS WELL AS PATCHING THE OTHER CORNER WHICH WAS NOT DAMAGED. THEY LEFT GARBAGE ALL OVER AND EVEN HAD TO BORROW TOOLS FROM US. WHEN TOLD OF OUR DISSATISFACTION, THE WORKERS RETURNED. BUT ALL THEY DID WAS INSTALL ANOTHER PIPE WHICH STICKS UP OUT OF THE GROUND, SOAKING THAT PART OF OUR YARD. THIS ALSO ADDED $800 TO OUR FEE.
