AUTHORIZED APPLIANCE REPAIR

Responded within few hours, very punctual, knew what the problem was, fixed it fast. However the price was more expensive than usual.

Chris (he said he was part owner of Co.) came to my home to repair my washing machine. He explained the direct drive required a new gear and he also replaced the gears in the agitator. he was at my home for less than one hour, about 45 minutes to be exact and explained he had the parts already within his van. I began looking up the parts online to see how much this would all cost. The direct drive gears were less than 20$ and the agitator gears and replacement kit was 11$. So lets just say I was really suprised when he charged me 375$ to put in 31$ of parts. So I guess what I am saying is that it will cost you about 350$ per hour for them to complete anything as it pertains to repairs on your appliances. they are crooks stay away! They still have not given me any explanation of why it costs so much, except that is how much it cost. I could have bought a new machine for that price.

The guy charged us for a washer repair and explained all of the items that were broke and which items he was going to replace and repair. We were charged around 260$ for everything. I said ok go ahead for everything, when he was done the price was over 400$ due to additional parts he needed. Let’s just say we were very upset with all of the problems with the price almost doubling. We paid and said goodbye to him, our washer worked. So two days later the same problem happened again, we called another company this time, a guy came out and we told him what happened. He explained that the authorized application repair guy did not replace any of the major parts he said he did on the form he gave us. He proved this by showing us the parts and the dry rot and use marks that would not be on a new part. So the new repair man took pity on us and explained it would be cheaper to buy a new washing machine. They stole 400$ from us! Don’t use them!

We had a 30-year-old GE refrigerator that wasn't cooling properly. We phoned this company because we had used them in the past. Even though it was Memorial Day, they showed up in a few hours, at no extra cost. The repair man inspected the fridge and blew air through it to clean it, and charged $150, which I thought was a little steep. The next day, there was no change. A different repair man came out and exchanged the freon. He thought this would solve the problem. The next day, there was no change. I immediately phoned the manager. He said with the age of the fridge, it would not be worth repairing. AND, he refunded every cent that I paid for the first two service calls. In the end, I thought they treated us very fairly, and I would use this company again if needed.

I would not recommend them as I feel that I was not told the truth and in the past I have never been denied a break down on parts

They were able to schedule conveniently at a time and date good for me. Repair man was on time and worked quickly to find the cause of the leak and determine that a new pump was needed. Installed a new pump and then charged me $235 for replacing a ~$35.00 part (per the OEM web site) and 30-40 minutes of work. I will not call them again if I have a problem, I'll find someone that is more reasonable or possibly even take up the repair myself.

PERFECT, In and out in 15 minutes and we did not miss a beat. Chris did a SUPER Job.
