Hired for small, simple kitchen renovation. After 3 months, still not done. Terrible communication, added many costs and inflated prices ridiculously (e.g. $600 to snake the kitchen drain!). Work was sloppy and workers (Mission Electric, and Demasio Ortiz) unreliable. The exception was the cabinets and counter top installed by Cleveland Cabinets, who were excellent. I ended up firing the contractor and getting things finished myself. DO NOT hire Y & T Builders
