Mr. Lada was eager to make a service call. He came on a Sunday and left without making contact. I called again and he said he didn't recognize it -right address but the door was freshly painted. So he did return and adjusted the door to make it level lubed the tracks and rollers. The garage floor is uneven but his initial adjustment did narrow the gap. This only lasted a week. I called him again a month later asking him to readjust the door. Mr. Lada reluctantly agreed to return to fix it. After 3 more calls he admitted he said this was not his responsibility and that I needed a new door. Other than the gap the door works fine. I think his only plan was to sell a new door. There are other choices. Example a rubber strip attached to the bottom of the door. or a metal strip secured to the garage floor. Repair work on on the door in 9/2014 had the door level. In May the gap did enlarge. I would not recommend Mr. Lada.

We have an ancient garage in University Hts. and we thought it was going to be a total disaster to get it working again. We scheduled him to come on Monday (talked to him on Friday) which was awesome. He came on a very cold, snowy day. He showed up right on time (maybe even early?) and was positive and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. We are so grateful to have a working garage, and feel like we really got such quality expertise and product for $1,700. We are selling our house and moving out of state, but will be sure to pass on his card to the new owners. Thank you, Mike!

Mike is the best! He always always treated me right and always does the work right and doesn't sell junk! I hope that more people will use his services as he deserves it!

Both of the springs were bad and really old so we decided to replace everything. They did a really great job.

Mike Lada was very quick and gave us an estimate the same day we called him. The work was completed the next day within about 3 hours. He was very courteous, did a great job and we felt that the price was very reasonable. He had originally installed the door opener when a previous remodel was done on our home. Excellent work, quick turnaround. Highly recommend him!!
