YK Brothers proved to be trusted professionals. They followed though on their commitment, completed what they were hired to do in a timely manner, and performed there work with excellence.

Amazing! This crew was very punctual and worked from sun up til sun down to get my job done as quickly as possible. The owner sent me pictures of the work when I couldn't be present and made me aware of any issues or options as the work progressed. I hired them to tear off my old roof, rebuild or re-support an overhang and insulate inside my attic and on top of my flat roofed areas. I also hired them to replace all my gutters. Not only did they complete all this work but also went out of the way to re-flash a window to help me out. My roof has 6 cat walks and is very detailed and a few guys stayed to complete some of this work. It was done with detail and more thoroughly than I would have expected. For example, on the valleys of my nearly flat roof they created deflectors so that the water would be guided into my gutters and not just run down the catwalks excessively. They did a great job around both of my chimneys and in areas where they thought it questionable they removed siding and put ice guard up the wall and then resided my wall and then installed the normal flashing. Last, they are honest. Since the crew could get away with re-supporting one of my overhangs instead of rebuilding it they charged me a fraction of the cost that they originally quoted me. Overall this crew is very professional and the work they do is top notch at a very affordable price. The other companies that quoted my same job wouldn't touch some of the extra stuff and their prices were somewhat outrageous. YK Brothers did all the extras for about the same price as just a roof for some of the other companies. Given my little bit of roofing experience in college (2 yrs) I can truly say these guys know what their doing and do it right. Very happy....
