We frequently obtain inventory as a buyer at estate sales around northeast Ohio. This gives us a unique perspective because we know what it's like to be on both sides at a sale as both a buyer and a seller. It also helps us stay up to date on market value for household items and collectibles. There is no other estate sale planning company in Cleveland who operates on both sides of the business as we do. We would be happy to come to the property and do a free consultation to help advise you on whether an estate sale would be the best bang for your buck in terms of liquidating the estate. We strive to be 100% transparent with our customers and if we don't believe that an estate sale is right for you, we have alternative options such as auction houses, liquidators, etc that we can refer you to. We can have your sale prepared, marketed and running in as little as 1-2 weeks. We are a family owned business and have more availability than many of the large estate planning companies in the area who are typically booked months in advance.
