Excellent. Joe, my salesman, was a complete gentleman and very knowledgeable. I had lots of questions and he was very patient and polite about it. He presented me with ideas and I’m happy with result. The install was done fast and efficient. They cleaned up and were not a hassle at the least. Would recommend and have recommended to friends.

Well Service person came out and did work promptly and efficiently

Install took only 1 day not bad for 2 man crew. However it took us 2 days to clean sticker residue off doors and windows all crew did was peel labels off no other cleaning. The kitchen window was supposed to be an awning window and they installed a picture window so we need make this right so we get what we paid for have called twice left message and still no call back to correct issue. Only other issue we had was after crew left next day I picked up at least 30 nails and screws in the driveway

It went very well. They were professional and answered all of our questions. They took pride in what they were doing. They came, unpacked, installed windows and left without leaving a mess. Only our beautiful new windows were left behind.

The entire process from picking out the windows to the measuring of the windows to the installation of the windows went very well. Appointments were kept and the representatives at each one were on time and professional. We were especially pleased by the installers that replaced the windows. William arrived at the house with two men on time and started to perform the install of 16 windows, They placed plastic protection down throughout the house and then got to work. William did most of the actual installing of the windows and did an exceptional job. The other two men also performed well from the details on the exterior of the windows to the actual clean up. When they left, you would not of known they were there except for the new windows. William was exceptional and we would recommend him for install along with Window Nation in general for replacement windows. We were very pleased

From start to finish, the entire process went smoothly. Chris Bennett came to our home to give an estimate, he was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and had a great personality. Then Joe called to scheduled the installation, very polite and considerate in coordinating a time the was best for us. Installers were on time, efficient, considerate and polite. Very satisfied with the overall experience.

Salesman (Don Z.) was upfront and offered us all the promotions we were entitled to. Installers were professional, clean and efficient. Jennifer in admin. was very helpful in completing our transaction. We have already noticed a huge difference in the noise level created by the trains that go right past us.

Staff were very professional. The windows are well made and installation was completed in a day.

We have a large Bay style window in our living room that consists of a 5 separate panes. One of the panes developed a separation from the sealing frame 2 years after original installation. These folks were great, came out and diagnosed the issue, replaced the window with a brand new one, and were extremely friendly and courteous throughout the whole process. They definitely stand 100% behind their product. If we ever need windows in the future Window Nation will be our first call.

At first not good. But due to speaking with the right person, it made my experience in the end good. The installation guys were great.

Good. Contractor was a little later than promised (30 min diff) and interrupted me while I was on a meeting. I had asked him to call for me so I could quietly leave my meeting- instead he came into my office. Otherwise very good job

Fast and easy. Only thing is when they used their vacuum, it didn’t seem to actually hold it in, rather it spit it back out into all of the apartment.

My two downstairs windows weren’t locking. A repairman came out and showed me what to do but that still didn’t fix it. When a different repairman came out with a replacement upper sash for one of the windows, he made more adjustments..They were both very friendly and helpful. It’s still to be seen whether that fixed the proble.

Very impressed with the installers Ken and Chris! Very professional , courteous and efficient! They did an exceptional job and the cleanup was great! Very happy with the final results!

From the sales agent Ahmed to the installers John and his son, it was a positive experience. They did a GREAT job installing our new windows and despite the initial mess, they cleaned up 100% of the fallout. They were very polite and nice to work with.. I will use them again when we need more windows!
