Description of Work: Excellent workmanship. The work crew was polite, knew what they were doing, and tried as hard as possible not to inconvenience me. Will be using them again this coming summer for a smaller job.

Description of Work: They removed and installed five windows upstairs. They were neat aqnd cleaned up after themselves. Their workmen were knowledgeable and did a good job.

Description of Work: First I would like to say that Marvin the installer and his partner were excellect. Marvin did a great job putting in the windows quickly and his partner did a great job of cleaning everything up so when they were done you wouldn't have known they were even there except for the very nice windows Marvin installed. They put down drop cloths and were very neat. These windows come with a life time warranty and if we move the new owner get's a 30 warranty on them. I paid $3,890.00 for 5 windows. The promotion was for every one you buy you get one free, 0% Financing for 24 months and FREE installation.

Description of Work: The salesman was very professional, and explained everything very well. The price he provided was much higher than the other estimates we received later from other siding companies. For me, I felt very pressured to sign a contract, then pressured a bit more when trying to cancel it. I appreciate the salesmans time, but was very disappointed in the sales techniques.

Description of Work: They quoted me a price to replace all the windows in my house. I agreed and signed the contract. The installer came in for a final verification and found they had made an error in the original estimate. The final price would be about $6000 more due to more extensive labor costs. Spoke with my sales rep. He acknowledged it was their error and gave me several options. I chose to cancel the contract and get a full refund which I received today. No re-stocking fees or other BS and I had all my money back in my hands in a few days. There was no fighting over whose fault it was. They handled it very professionally. It is good to know I can trust them to fix things even when they make a mistake. (Instead of covering it up). When I am ready I will most likely use them for my window replacement needs.

After explaining to the sales consultant that I had previously dealt with another company that sold me windows that were way too dark, he made some suggestions and helped me choose windows that would best meet my needs and were still within my budget. I was thrilled when they came in and were exactly what I was looking for. He was professional and did not use any high pressure sales tactics. The installers were prompt, courteous and did a great job even though they were working during a snow storm! They kept the snow and cold out, and got the windows installed properly. I would definitely do business with Window Nation again.
