Fabulous! Everyone involved was respectful, professional, and personable. The windows look great as does the patio door. We can already feel the difference in the house. The company kept us informed throughout the process. All 26 windows and the patio door were replaced in less than two days. The workers laid plastic or other coverings on the floor, vacuumed afterward, and left the house in great shape. We received a good price on their top tier windows and very pleased with outcome.

I had an excellent experience getting me new windows installed by Window Nation, There was a slight hiccup in getting a call to set the appointment, but when I reached out to them I was contacted immediately. As luck would have it, on the day of my installation we had a lot of snow fall. Paul M. braved the snow and got every window installed, even attempting the slippery roof for a couple of them. Paul was able to find a resolution to the slippery roof issue and got everything taken care of. He also cleaned up everything before he left. Paul was awesome, Window Nation should be proud to have him. We won't fully get to enjoy the windows until the weather warms up, but I am pleased with the service I have received.

Our consultation was fantastic and you could not beat the price. Unfortunately, due to COVD-19, our windows were back-ordered and we had to wait an additional 7 to 8 weeks. Not their fault; it was understood. We were kept informed of their status throughout. The two gentlemen had a window between 8 and 10 am to arrive. They were here at 8:15 am which was great. Very professional and laid out all the "drop cloths" and wore shoe coverings. We checked in now and then to see if they needed anything. They were very nice and didn't require anything from us (water, etc.). They didn't take a lunch break and got the windows installed with total cleanup by 2-ish. From start to finish, it is amazing they got four giant windows installed in six hours! They had a great system. They took out two windows and within an hour, each window was placed in the opening, so it was never really cold in the house. They are absolutely perfect! We are very VERY satisfied with the install and the windows. Their professionalism and work ethic was outstanding. They left no mess behind. They explained how to remove screens and the windows for cleaning. The warranty is the best too! Just had them installed on Christmas Eve, so they are new at this point in time and it was nice to have them that evening since it was around 18 degrees outside. I am sure as we go through the weather change in seasons, we'll have a better idea of how they hold up with expansion and contraction. The caulking and finished product was done perfectly! Note: The pic - I had to enhance light since it was taken from inside the house. The line you see in the middle is a reflection of my lamp light. I will DEFINITELY refer Window Nation to friends and family.

Great! There was a small issue later where the flashing came away from the house and they sent someone out to fix it with no charge. Would gladly hire them again!

The installers did a wonderful job. The windows look great, My only complaint was that no one contacted me for two months about my windows. After I called the communication was better. I thought they would be installed in October, but that didn't happen until Dec. 16th. I wasn't planning on this happening in a snow storm in Dec. The reason for the delay given was Covid

The installation crew of two were outstanding. Mike and Alex knew there stuff and worked hard through the 2 days installing 26 windows. Very polite and on time starting each day. I would highly recommend and trust them on any installation job. They did a fantastic job representing Window Nation and these are the type of skilled installers a home owner always hopes that they will get. Windows look great and we could not be happier with the service and product when it was completed.

The whole thing from start to finish was pretty simple the crew showed up on time. They were very polite and courteous. The boss man came in to review the install plan and they went right to work. And they did not mess around. They installed 15 windows in less than 4 hours. They vacuumed inside and cleaned up debris outside. I will be using them again in the future as well as letting anyone I know who needs windows to call window nation!

Because of my husbands unforeseen medical situation, we were limited on the dates that the instal could be done. With the help of Micheal, he was able to squeeze us in within just a couple of days! The instal was completed just in time before my husband came home from the hospital. Everyone on the Window Nation team was so helpful, considerate of our needs, worked quickly, and did an overall amazing job! In addition, Just in time before the big snow storm of 2020! Much thanks !!

They were here at 8 am and done by 12noon very quick clean professional courteous. 5 stars all the way and beyond... i still have 4 more windows i will need replaced and I will absolutely have window nation do those ones too..

Awesome. Took longer than expected to get installed, Covid? Jeremy and Rory, window guys , were top notch. Friendly, informative, helpful.....can’t give them enough compliments. I wished siding installers would have called when not showing due to weather but, Joe and the crew did an incredible job. It’s like a new house. Ryan, the sales guy, was always available. Great communication.

The install went great. The contractors were very professional and did it so fast! It took longer than expected to have the windows manufactured but I completely understand given the circumstances of COVID, etc.
