Window Nation was prompt, completed the install in short order, and left not a trace behind of anything they had to remove to do the install. The installers were courteous and professional. I have two flower beds bordering both sides of the porch, and both beds were in perfect condition when they were done as well. The windows fit perfectly, are lovely, very easy to operate, and will give me so much pleasure in the years to come.

It went very well. The installation was great and the windows looks great. The quality of the windows is great and easy to use.

When I initially contacted them off of their website I requested to be contacted via email. They completely ignored that and have been calling, texting and emailing nonstop. I even replied to the emails and texts and got no reply. Probably because it's just a bot. I also used their "live" chat on their website and that is also a bot. We will be looking elsewhere for our sliding door and window install.

Michael was very knowledgeable, professional, friendly and answered all our questions. We feel the price for our purchase was quite a bit more than we wanted to invest, but we do not regret it. But we will shop around more next time before committing.

All windows in my home were of different sizes, the company was professional and courteous. The sales guy was friendly and open, as was the gentleman that installed the window. They did everything they could to explain the install in and out.

Window Nation didn't have an over achiever salesperson. We appreciated the fact that the salesperson understood we were shopping around. The men who came out to measure the windows were very thorough with their work. The men who came out to install the windows were efficient and there was no mess when I arrived home from work. My husband was at the house during the installation.

Living room window was difficult to replace but installer improvised and did a great job.
