Thanks to Michael Lawrence of Window Nation. The installation of our windows went very well. Nice installers (Matt?, or Mike? and Harold?)-sorry, it's been a little while and my memory sucks. But, I do remember how good they were at putting in the windows. They left everything cleaner than they found it. They explained everything. The windows are great. No more cold drafts! We will use them again. Highly recommend Window Nation.

Sales very very pushy. Told us no time to think about it or deal will be lost very persistent for something that is a big decision and cost. If all promises don’t hold true you will hear from me. The installers were wonderful. I would have them back to work for me anytime

Everything went very well with the replacement of my windows. The installers - Tony and Mike were right on time. They worked well as a team - one man inside and one man outside. When they were done, the clean-up was excellent. Nothing left behind but footprints in the snow.

So far the process has gone well. Everyone we have dealt with has been really nice and professional. The rep that came out to put together our estimate was great. He understood our situation and what we were looking for and stayed within those boundaries which helped by not adding any unnecessary pressure to the experience.

It all started with the Sales rep.Joseph Micco, he is great and knows what to recommend and do and listens to what you'd like,also is there throughout the process from ordering to installation and thereafter. Jennie and Cathy were great in customer service. The guy who measured did a good job. The installers Jason, was excellent and a good guy. His crew Rachel and Nate worked very hard, along with Jason. They were all very proffessional and worked straight thru to get the job done! Ted the Customer rep came by on the day of installation to see how everything was going. And i think a field manager came by too but i didnt get his name. It was all done very proffessional! We would highly recommend Window Nation to my friends,family and neighbors! We are very happy! My sales persons David L... was very promising and extremely kind and helpful, but after I signed the contract he completely checked out. after calling many times does not respond. unprofessional , My fist installers was horrible. took him 7 hours to install patio door.......... thanks god to second installers Tom .he did a good job and fixed all his mistakes . over roll good product but nut good service im not sure if I recommend WN

The time between sales and installation was delayed by 2 months. It took several calls to customer service before someone responded to my inquiries about why there was a delay. Once I received an explanation for the delay I understood why I was going to have to wait another several months before the windows would be installed. I think the company could have been more proactive in contacting the customer once they knew the delay would occur. The installation went smoothly and the installers were professional, friendly, knowledgeable about the product and completed the work in a timely manner.

Fabulous! Everyone involved was respectful, professional, and personable. The windows look great as does the patio door. We can already feel the difference in the house. The company kept us informed throughout the process. All 26 windows and the patio door were replaced in less than two days. The workers laid plastic or other coverings on the floor, vacuumed afterward, and left the house in great shape. We received a good price on their top tier windows and very pleased with outcome.
