Installation was good once the final scheduling aspect was completed. Scheduling the installation was very difficult due to a couple of attempts to reschedule. This was not good because I had taken off work for the installation and couldn't reschedule.

The installers were courteous, clean and completed the work efficiently. We love the windows, they are beautiful and the work they did around the windows is pristine!

We love the windows. There was one that needed adjustment. The service technician was very professional and polite. Finished the job quickly and to our satisfaction. We highly recommend them.

It took 3 weeks to get them to come out to adjust 1 window. the adjustment took less than 5 minutes!

My experience with the install with Tim Maxam's crew was fantastic! From the courtesy phone call before arrival, to the initial walk-through of the job, through tear-out and installation, and finally to clean up and review... this crew really made the day flow smoothly! From Sales through installation, Window Nation was notch. I was kept updated on the process of my sales order and window build. The installation crew called ahead to confirm their arrival time. They arrived on time and were very courteous and friendly. They made sure covers were placed wherever they were replacing windows to protect my carpeting and flooring. Excellent, my wife and I couldn't have been happier with the installers and the work they did. They were on time each day, clean, courteous to neighbors, and did a great job. We have a young child so cleanliness, specifically in regards to lead based paint, was extremely important and each day after they left it was hard to tell they'd even been here.

Great quality, service, and installers were top notch! The pricing is a little unusual the first price for 15 windows 3 years ago was 50% cheaper than the 2 windows i wanted to purchase this time! My suggestion is to buy all your windows at once, Do not fall for the you can always finish the project at a later date, because the price jumps 50% and you are stuck at there mercy if you want all your windows to match! I brought it to their attention ( after 3 calls to their customer service line) and all the excuses in the world came up! They tried to tell me cost of materials and inflation was the reason. I agree but not 50% ! Inflation is approx. 3% per year? The most the price should have jumped is 10%. Pretty much was told take it or leave it! I purchased so my whole house would match.

So far it's been a very good experience. The salesman was knowledgeable and on time. The company called me all along the way with updates. The Installers Phil and Mike were courteous, prompt and very neat. The windows look great!

It was amazing! The install was fast, professional and thorough. We had the same team that did our first install, so we were very confident that the job would go well. They are quality oriented and check and double check every aspect of the job. The trim was cut perfectly, and the amount of attention to detail was wonderful. My husband and I are older and know master craftsmen when we see them, and we got to see them at work today. The windows are amazing and make a big difference to our home and comfort. We heartily recommend Window Nation. They were on time, efficient and left our house as clean as they found it. Perfection!

the technician that came out stated" that they were having some issues with this problem and that an adjustment was needed to correct the problem." The door was very hard to open once installed, which the original installer said "was normal" and this caused the stripping to come loose Now the door opens much easier.

It ALL went well. The 2 gentlemen were very professional and answered any questions we had. The windows (6) and sliding door (1) look great. The windows look so good that now we want to get new curtains and/or blinds and possibly repaint the walls to make everything as good as the windows.

when the tech came out we went to the sliding screen door which in time I seen a improvement with use they explained to me this was normal if in the future it was a breakdown issue we had a 100% warranty. With the bedroom window, they came in and popped it shut latched it and told me to keep it closed a couple of days so it would recognize its seal. I was being to gentle not wanting to destroy anything again they assured me with the quality there was no problem and again the 100% warranty... Thanks again window nation. irene aigler
