Window Nation was amazing. We were told to expect them between 8-10 am. Even though it was a bad snowstorm the night before, they were there on time. They came in, re-measured the windows to compare with what they had and then they started working. Four and a half hours later, our windows looked amazing. There were no drafts at all and they did such a good clean up inside, that you could barely tell they were here. So nice, polite and professional. If you ever need someone to do commercials for you guys, we would gladly do it. Your company is amazing and we are so happy that we had you do the job. In the spring, we will probably have you do our big front window. That's how happy we are. Thank you, Window Nation!!!

Wonderful, better then what i was expecting. David Larussa our consultant gave us all the information we needed to make the proper decisions. The two brothers that did the installation were a pleasure to be around for 2 days, Professional, courteous and dedicated. They worked two days with very little communication with each other ,because they knew exactly what they were doing and did it. All 3 were professionals. 6 weeks from the time we signed on the dotted line to the day they pulled out of our drive way after installation and just in time for the winter. months.

The gentleman was wonderful, however, I have nothing nice to say about your customer service. Spent big bucks on the premium package with life time warranty, however, when I requested a 1/2 screen because we can no longer manage the full screen and did not want to have to bother with a service call, they charged us. I have gone on social media and no one can believe a company would do this to a "premium" customer. A few said they will be looking elsewhere in the spring for windows!

I replaced an old Anderson kitchen window which was a casement window and it was scratched. The replacement Anderson window was $4000. window nation replacement was $1500. The quality was exceptional and it even looks like real wood even though it was vinyl. It's nice to have an easy opening sliding window as opposed to cranking casement window. I'm pleased.

The installer was on time and the job was completed on time. The new windows look great.

Absolutely wonderful. From the person that came to my house to show me all my options with no pressure, to the final measure to the install that was fast and informative along the way. I would hire them again and recommend them to all my friends! I upload Before and after of the major window I wanted replaced!

Installers arrived on the day scheduled. All the windows ordered were delivered with the installers and all the parts needed for the install came with them. The quality of work was excellent and install time was efficient. Clean-up was also good and all old windows were removed.

My wife had nothing but good things to say about the job the guys did while they were installing the windows. It was a little difficult to get them open but other than that I’m very happy with how they look and how well it seems to be helping the temperature of the room the windows were replaced in.

Perfect installers on time and very professional. Everything was cleaned up and windows were cleaned.

The window was repaired quickly. There were no arguments about warranty.

Beautifully ! The service was first rate, and the windows are gorgeous. We were only going to do a few initially, but after we went through the process and saw the quality, we decided to do the rest. The installation was carefully and expertly done. The installers were first rate and explained everything. We could not be more pleased! We had an eight foot window put in a ten foot wall where there had only previously been a small one. It is stunning!

The crew you sent were the very best. I can't say enough good things about them. They did an excellent job and were very polite. Very knowledgeable and informative as well. Thank you!

Good, did have issue with 2 specialty windows wrong size, but remeasured and installed them. They are awesome, look better than original windows. Erin was a great help with that. Installers Corey and Jeremy were awesome. took excellent care of our home during installation and did awesome work. Will use Window Nation again and recommend them to neighbors.

Window Nation was awesome. The entire experience was so smooth. They were so responsive every step of the way. Answered all my questions up front and throughout the process. The install crew was so experienced and helpful. They worked quickly but also carefully. They did not make a huge mess, and the install quality was top notch.

The gutter are awesome the roof looks good. The soffit and fascia is a complete hack job. I'm still waiting for the company to fix their hack job. The communication was absolutely horrible. I pulled in my driveway and there was a dumpster and roofing supplies to do the job the next day. I kept asking for someone to come out and speak to me before they started the job, no one showed up. I just not sure how people get business done without actually speaking to them. I would never recommend this company.

Well done, Excellent quality and cleaned up all areas before leaving

The only issue was the length of time to make the windows. We made a contract in July & window didn't arrive until September. installation only took two days & the installers were very professional. They did a great job of installing both windows and doors. I would recommend to anyone who is looking for quality.
