The installer was very courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. He took his shoes off every time he came into my house. He also finished the job in a timely manner and cleaned up his entire mess! I would hire Window Nation again for other jobs!

The installation of the windows was a little sloppy. The door installation took too long, 2 days separated by 2 weeks. Responsiveness to our concern to get the work done on time we’re not satisfactory. There were some employees absent due to sickness. Although I understand it is not my responsibility to make sure the work gets done. We had to park outside the garage because the doors were stored there waiting for installation to continue.

All employees were very professional. Work was performed in a timely fashion. Installer pointed out a defect in one panel of the door. Replacement panel was installed yesterday. Door looks great with no air leakage. Room is a more constant temperature. Love it. Will deal with window nation again if I replace windows.

Did a great job. Very kind, patient, and efficient. Explained everything very well, including how to operate the windows. Clean and considerate of the property.

Installers didn’t show up on scheduled day! They said they got tied up on another job! After taking my last vacation day for the install.. I was not happy!

Amazing, They showed up on time and called first, they immediately got to work, Prepared a very professional environment and worked as the professionals they were. Very cautous about my things, tarped and put plastic everywhere and were continuously cleaning up after themselves. They were polite and done in amazing time with wonderful results. Good until financing part after install. Now unresponsive

Overall everything went well. Mike, the salesperson, was willing to return after window installation to reinstall blinds. I am a senior citizen and the help was such a perk! While Mike was here, I pointed out issues with fit/finish on the outside trim. He took pictures and said someone would contact me regarding my concern. That was three weeks ago with no contact. Later I found a small hole in one screen and I contacted the warranty dept. Within a week, an employee of the window manufacturer arrived to repair the screen. I mentioned my concern with the outside window trim to him. Even though he is not part of the installation team, he was willing to make the repairs so that trim on all eight windows look uniform. I found all individuals affiliated with Window Nation to be friendly and professional. I would recommend checking them out!

The whole process went very well. The sales call, the measuement, the installation were all done very professionally and courteously. Some additional service work needed to be done and it was scheduled and finished without problem. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

From start to finish, our entire experience was excellent. We have no complaints and nothing but compliments. Tony (our salesman) was professional, polite and thorough - he went over everything with us. He wasn't pushy or rushing us and he allowed us to decide for ourselves what we wanted. He also replied to my email AND phone call as we were finalizing everything. (you don't get that type of service from many people now a days!). The two installers, Bob and Don, were great too. They arrived within the time we were told they would arrive. They were professional, courteous and worked until all of the windows were installed. They even laid liners down to protect our floors / carpet. Clean up was thorough. We think they did an awesome job and our windows look great! We are very happy and would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for new windows. The house is warmer (it's winter) and the noise level is quieter. GREAT WINDOWS!!!

Outstanding service and workmanship. Exceptional quality sliding glass door. Workers were efficient, cleaned up after themselves and explained functions of the door.

All I can say is fantastic. Everything was very professional and more than was expected.

We wanted new windows to reduce the noise heard inside the house from trains and the highway. The sales guy assured us with triple pane windows, the sound inside the house would be reduced by 90%. Once the windows were installed, we only noticed a 10% reduction at best. So basically, we got new windows for no reason. Very disappointed. The sales guy said the only thing he could do was offer windows for upstairs at cost. The first round of windows were a mistake, why would we buy more? Although, just want to say the installers did a great job. Very professional.

The work was done in a professional manner,workers were very plesent and very quick in the removal and replacement of the new Windows. Job site was cleaned and scrap removed.

It went great!! Rory and Jeremy did a fantastic job! They were on time and very friendly. Two of my windows were very large and drafty. After we had our windows installed we can now be comfortable in our home. I would definitely recommend this company and the two gentlemen who came to install. Also thanks for the gnome. He has a new home in our garden.

The Window Nation crew that installed our windows was great. They were on time and quick. They were very polite and funny. I enjoyed their company and they were very respectful. Our house looked like it was untouched when they were done! All questions about the windows were answered and they gave a short tutorial which was very helpful. It was a wonderful experience and I wish all home improvement jobs were this easy!! I would highly recommend this company to everyone. Thank you, Window Nation!

This is the second home we have used Window Nation with. This home was a whole house window replacement and everything from start to finish was amazing! Dave walked us through the process very well early on, and Will & Brent did an amazing job with the install today. They worked tirelessly to do a job well done and the clean up was done without us ever knowing they were here. We highly recommend Window Nation!
