The Window Nation guys were wonderful. They were on time, very clean and did a great job putting in the new windows. I highly recommend Michael and Joe. Love our new windows!

The job was done in a timely manner an they did an excellent job of cleaning up.

Jason did and his crew did a great job. The only problem was they ordered the wrong sliding glass door and had to wait to get it replaced it didn’t have the grid work in the door but that has been taken care of they came back out and changed the door to the correct one. The only other problem was 4 of the tabs on the windows broke the first time I cleaned them, they did send a repairman out to fix them. They appear to be working fine now. Thank you we were to receive a gift card for $100.00 when we had them come out but have not received it every one says to ask someone else very poor communication, that was one of the reasons we scheduled the appointment for you to come out.

Emmett, Earl, and Frank of Window Nation installed sixteen windows on 3/23. The entire install took a mere six hours! This included a new bathroom window created from scratch that is absolutely wonderful. The entire experience with Window Nation was a pleasure, and every person we met was kind and professional. There is not one aspect of this process that could have gone better. Thank you, Window Nation, for taking good care of our home and for being so efficient and prepared.

Workers were very friendly and efficient. Did all 9 windows in 8 hours. Everything protected and cleaned up after. Windows look great. Weather was wet and cold part of day but they worked thru it. Would have them again.

The installers arrived on time and got right to work. Within 3-5 hours of them being in my home their supervisor came over to make sure that not only did they arrive on time but that their work is up to par. When they finished up on the second day you couldn’t tell anyone was ever here. The windows look fantastic everything was cleaned up and we couldn’t be happier. And to top it off Taylor has reached out several times to make sure billing was taken care of. Our home was cleaned to our Satisfaction and that we are 100% satisfied. Window nation is by far the best contractor I have ever dealt with.

Everything was great. Mike and his crew were very professional and arrived promptly at the time they said they would. It snowed a lot the day before and morning of the installation . Mike made sure that my hardwood floors were covered and that everything was clean upon completion of the job. I would definitely recommend this company to my friends.

Entire window replacement process, from selecting Window Nation to installation, was seamless. No pressure to purchase and installers were great. Entire job completed in one day and crew was very courteous and left job site spotless.

Product Review: First I am a customer. I purchased from Window Nation 2.5 yrs ago. Be VERY CAREFUL... Window Nation will offer you 3 Levels of Windows. I purchased the lowest cost which were explained to me to have similar characteristics as their top of the line but they are JUNK! I paid $5600.00 for 8 Windows.... They Have a Terrible Seal which is KEY when buying a window. The Glass has little to do these days with energy savings its all about the SEAL between the moving panes. The windows I bought are garbage not as good as the builder grade put in this house in the 50's. **Just Wanted** Post something on here so you weren't Snowed by their ads on TV & Radio! Be CAreful, Be Aware! They Charge too much and the Quality is NOT what they say it is!

The team was very professional. They used shoe protectors to walk through the house. They took the old windows out and installed the new windows in a very timely manner. They did a great job of cleaning up afterwards; my floors were cleaner than they were before they started.

The Window Nation techs arrived early, were friendly, and worked diligently. They replaced the windows one at a time, setting up plastic sheeting on both sides to reduce the mess. They also vacuumed after each new window was replaced. When in the bedrooms, they would close the doors to keep the cold out as it was cold and wet on installation day. When finished, they went over opening and closing the windows which would allow for cleaning both the inside and outside and how the sliding door worked. I am extremely happy with the new windows and with Window Nation. I would highly recommend them.

It went as smoothly as it could. I am so so glad I resided my house. It looks beautiful and wish I would have done it sooner. The workers were great and the call from Michael went well. The quality of work was amazing.

The installers showed up on time. The installation moved along smoothly and quickly. There were three of them on my 7 window installation: Kyle, Josh and Joe.. The each had a role and worked very independently. I would ask questions and chat with them once in a while and they were friendly and responsive to my interest in their work. It further improved my confidence when they could very clearly explain the features and process to me. Michael followed up to see if I was satisfied. The whole process when a young man knocked on my door to offer a review of my window replacement options. I was impressed with how cordial and confident he was and the promise that there was no obligation, but there were special offers currently available. Joseph made the presentation in a few weeks at my request to fit my schedule. He was thorough and professional. When showed features they were very impressive. And when he made his offer he was gracious when I said that was too much. He worked me to do a partial replacement of the windows that were a bigger priority for me. Then I pressed him that the costs were beyond my abilities and he was still gracious and backed up to explain a couple of budgeting options to minimize my carrying costs. He made the sale based on the high quality of the product, his professionalism and his willingness to be flexible and offer costs that were acceptable for me. Now that the windows are in I am still very impressed with their quality and the caliber of people working at Window Nation. Don't be afraid to ask questions and be cautious when purchasing replacement windows. But if you have an experience like I have I believe you will be quite satisfied and comfortable with your outcome.

Our windows were very old and it was cold in our living room and the new windows are great making our living room warmer. They were in and out and punctual and did not leave any mess when they were done.

Service man was awesome.. On time and very polite.

Jason Miller was our installer, located in cleveland, they installed our new windows quickly, thoroughly in a timely manner, cleaned everything up and showed us everything about windows tilting in for easy cleaning. Explained warranty when done. Would absolutely use them again!!!! Very satisfied with price and workmanship, Thanks!!

Everything from our initial meeting to the completion of our project was excellent. Our salesman, Dan did a wonderful job explaining the products used for the entire project and the installers, Brooks and his team, were prompt, thorough and polite.

Windows installed was great and the Windows nation CSR Michael was able to tell me the warranty was automatically started and what that warrants covered. Parts are lifetime on Window,but screens for the window are only 1 year.
