Very smoothly. Installers did a great job.

The salesman and installers were greats. Every person I talked to over the phone was very informative and got me the answers I needed. The price was a little high for my liking, but after installation the quality was worth it.

The crew was prompt courteous and professional. They were thorough and neat and worked well together as a team. I love my new windows!

It was so quick and was done in 5 hours. They did an excellent job cleaning up and going through everything that was done with us so we knew how to take care of the new windows.

The job went high above my expectations.looks phenomenal and the level of professionalism was spot on.price seemed a little high but you get what you pay for and I am so glad I decided to go with window nation, would use them again in the future for any of my exterior needs .

Everything went as expected, and the installation team was very professional. The windows look great. Thinking about the price I paid, I feel there are less expensive installers available. I decided to replace the windows as part of a promotion, but as I think about what I paid, I feel I paid top price. I feel I did not receive a good price, but it's my fault for accepting it.

It went excellent. Michael went over and beyond on my warranty service call. The door lock mechanism was jammed. He was able to get the door to open and replaced the mechanism. He also took the time to check that the door was level and made some minor adjustments. I had a torn screen that he was able to fix quickly while he was in. He was polite and professional and most importantly, on time!!!

Overall, it went well. Two observations: I did overhear one of the installers swear (once); additionally, in this time of Coronavirus they were wearing neither masks not shoe coverings. This was a disappointment.

Crew arrived a 30 minutes after the scheduled appointment time. Once on site found out they arrived with the WRONG WINDOWS FOR THE JOB. Had to return to the warehouse which was a one hour drive away then turnaround to come back. After window installation, found (3) of the window locks were loose. NOT HAPPY ABOUT THAT. Could see that possibly happening with (1) window.... BUT (3)..? These are supposed to be SPECIAL ORDER WINDOWS...😡 It was noted on the job release paperwork with a part number for replacement.

Very well. Workmen were punctual, professional and very competent.

Window nation workers came at the correct time. It took them about 3 1/2 to 4 hours to install 16 windows with five men. They were very polite and professional and very knowledgeable on installing windows. Wonderful job they did. I’m very pleased with their work. The men went over the completed window and how they worked. The quality of the window was nicely made and durable. The pricing was affordable for me. Thank you Window Nation

Crew was quick and informative as they were taking out the windows and replacing them.

The three workman did and excellent job and were very neat and considerate of my house. They were on time and finished it in one day.

All members of the installation team were courteous and professional. They wore masks while in the house as we requested. They were careful to avoid stepping on the plants around the house and cleaned up after they were finished, both in and outside our home. The windows are a vast improvement over the ones that were replaced. Thank you, Michael and all the members of the Window Nation team.

Instal team arrived at the promised time, professionally removed the old windows and carefully installed the new windows in about six hours.

It went okay. Crew was good. I was disappointed that I watched the one worker dent the aluminum capping that was just installed and just pretended it didn’t happen till I called him out. was also disappointed that I had some sticker residue and fingerprints over all my windows. I have 14 brand new windows to clean inside and out now. That will take me hours. I paid $12,000.00 for dirty windows to be installed? Really? It’s the lack of attention to detail and high prices that are leaving me feel like I didn’t get my money’s worth.

Went great crew showed up on time and went right to work on removing old windows and then installing new ones 11 in total while job took them about 4 hrs

They worked very hard they finished the job sooner then expected and they cleaned up what mess was maid and they got rid of the old windows. I will recomand window nation to my friends. I was impressed by Brad Beasly who came to my house to to show me the windows he kept his word and the work was done on time and with great quality I am inpressed.

Excellent service from Mike White the salesman to Kevin and Jacob the installers with the measuring man and staff on the phones. I love my windows!
