Even though the windows were a little high in my opinion everything went great. Fro the salesman to the install man everybody acted very professional. Would definitely recommend Window Nation to any who needed new windows. The price might be a little high but the quality is high also. Thank You Window Nation.

The technician did an excellent job. He was prompt, prepared, productive, and professional. He answered all my questions and I was pleased with his answers. He represented WN quite well. I would call on him again if needed.

The install and the professionalism of the installers was fantastic. These installers were the same crew that installed my brother's project some years ago. I request these same 2 installers when I need new windows in the next few months. The only issue that we had during this entire project was the issue of our $2000 down payment, and then the long time before the windows were installed. I reached out to you folks to find out why I had to put a large deposit down months before the install when you folks were advertising "no money down, no payment for 2 years" but never really got a good answer. I stayed with your company due to the fact that my brother was very happy with his experience and install. Then you folks contacted us a few weeks before the install to give us the date and told us you would let us know a time. That never happened. The day before the install, my brother called and asked what time the installers would be there. We needed to take time off from work. My brother runs an electrical (service) business and commented that this was no way to run the administrative side of a business. He had to call your company to inquire about the time of the arrival of the installers and the woman that he spoke to said she would find out, but by 7pm, no one had gotten back to him. I called your company and the gentleman that I spoke with came back and told me that the crew would be there at 8am. I advised my brother. What upset us is that we had to do all this leg work when this is your responsibility. As I mentioned before, the window quality, installation and price point and warranty are over the top. It was the customer service that took a back seat for our project. Please advise those in the administration to take a look at our project and to contact me if they have any questions. The BEST part of the entire experience: The installation and the windows look great. I will be calling you back for my next project.

The entire project was wonderful. From the virtual sales call with Hover photos to installing within the time period that we were told. The installers were amazingly clean and organized and in this time very aware of social distancing requirements and the safety of our family. The windows are beautiful. Not only do they cut down on the heat coming through from the sun, they have made the bedrooms very quiet from outside noises. We have had a number of home improvements this year and the Window Nation team from Brian who started this virtually to Arielle who followed up to complete the job have been one of the best experiences. It went extremely well. My house was cleaner when the crew left than when they got here. They were true professionals. Also, our sales rep was superb. Friendly, knowledgeable and efficient are how we would describe Ryan Bird. We even gave a referral to friends which we never do. This experience as as good as it gets. Terrible they set windows so our faux wood blinds not longer fit and it’s going to cost a ton to get them replaced. We never would have gone with this company had we known our blinds would no longer work.

Space was measured, quote made and accepted. Patio doors fabricated and delivered earlier than expected. Installers were professional and very punctual and time efficient. Cleaned up 100% of debris and took away old doors, as stipulated in contract. Was very pleased with the results.
