Description of Work: They repaired a drain pipe from upstairs sink down to basement. They also replaced my kitchen sink faucet and replaced washers in the tub spickets. Hiros Plumbing is an outstanding service provider and I have used them 3X. They do a great job! My parents have used them twice & always very satisfied.

Description of Work: new water line house to street. company recommended by my plumber since he doesn't do big jobs like this. tried to pass new line from inside, due to clay/rocks/tree roots had to dig up part of lawn, move sidewalk. they worked hard, pleasant and professional, clean work site. my water pressure is great!!

HOURLY PRICE WAS HIGHER THAN ANOTHER PLUMBER I CONTACTED, BUT THE WORK WAS DONE QUICKLY AND SATISFACTORILY. I WOULD HAVE PREFERRED A DEFINITE ARRIVAL TIME. I APPRECIATED THAT SOMEONE ANSWERED THE PHONE WHEN I CALLED, RATHER THAN RECEIVING AN ANSWERING MACHINE, AS I HAD AT OTHER COMPANIES.
