never got a quote
Description of Work: spent quite a bit of time measuring inside & out, to get an estimate on 5 basement windows on a Friday. I was told I would be emailed a quote on Monday, but never got the email, nor a follow up phone call. If you don't want to do the job, just let me know. I work in sales and follow up with every lead I receive. What a waste of my time.

Received quote only.
Description of Work: Quote only to remove/replace 3 glass block windows. I did not select this company only because another company made a very helpful suggestions in how the vent would be installed. The glass block windows lay partically below the driveway so it is not going to be an easy job. The new windows will be above the drive. Jeff explained how they plan to go about doing the job. The price was reasonable and he was very professional, friendly and arrive promptly at the scheduled time. The person (Diane) who made the appointment for the home visit was very helpful and pleasant.

They were friendly and quick...
Description of Work: I had estimates from several other companies that were much higher and didn't have the work done until I returned from Iraq in 2006. They came in, gave me an estimate and completed the work on time.
