Very helpful in advising course of action with Sony on warranty. Everything went as planned.

I can't say enough about how kind and knowledgeable they are. I had lost my TV power cord while moving and couldn't find it, so I had to find a replacement part. Since it was an older TV, I wasn't sure I would find the right cord. Through calling Sony, Best Buy and several other companies, none of them had the answer for me. After calling Wellman and Griffith, he said he had something that would work and would GIVE IT TO ME FOR FREE. In today's day and age, this is absolutely unheard of. The TV power cord worked and am I very thankful he helped me solve this problem. I also just purchased a brand new surround sound system that I hoped would work with my TV. Well after connecting it, it didn't. After, again, calling Sony, Best Buy, several other stores and researching it on the internet, I found out that my older TV simply couldn't connect to the new Bose surround sound system. After calling Wellman and Griffith, in a matter of 2 minutes, he provided me with a simple solution. Voila, I tried it and it worked. Please support our local businesses. These people know their stuff, know how to provide excellent customer service and can help find a solution to your problems. You won't get this kind of service any where else, it is unrivaled.

The set was removed on 6/19/14 and as of 7/27/14, I have been advised it is still several weeks away. I fault Samsung primarily for shoddy customer service. I fault Wellman and Griffith since I had planned on initially purchasing Sony and Wand G drove me toward the Samsung. In speaking with Wand G on 7/10/14, they advised me that Samsung is always very slow with warranty processing, while if this had been Sony the issue would have been resolved in one week. If you, as the industry expert, know that the producer is a terrible service organization why sell their goods without the caveat regarding same? In my mind Wellman and Griffith is as culpable as Samsung. Squeeky wheel...

Ok. Quick. I called the other company.

They made a house call on the same day I called for a reasonable fee. The problem was minor, they fixed it very quickly and professionally. I would call them again when I have trouble.

VERY HONEST, UP FRONT WITH THE MEMBER AND THEY DIDN'T MAKE THE MEMBER FEEL STUPID.

COMPLETELY HONEST, CHARGED NOTHING FOR THE ANTENNA, HONEST, TOLD ME IT WOULD BE CHEAPER TO GET CABLE. GREAT SERVICE.
