Mike and Jason were excellent. They came to the condo promptly. The appointment was booked with short notice and they were very flexible with scheduling. Mike and Jason were professional and very careful with our possessions. They were also very patient with me - in the middle of the move, my partner was in a car accident, so I had to leave Mike and Jason to themselves while I went to the hospital. Not only were they understanding, but everything was setup in the new house as expected. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone.

It went very well. They are extremely careful with how they treat your personal belongings. They treat your possessions as if they were moving themselves.

They did it in one-day and it was done very successfully. They were highly organized and very effective. I appreciated their professionalism.

They were reliable and efficient. They have real professionals working for them, so they are experienced with moving furniture.

The biggest problem were the estimates. For the first half of the move I paid 33% more than the estimate. For the second half, I paid 54% over the estimate. All together, I paid a total of $670 more than the estimates. The movers also broke the glass on a framed picture and dropped the top to my dining table denting in the side. The company paid to get this fixed, no questions asked, once I noticed it. There was additional minor damage to furinture. The guys who did the moves were personable and worked hard. At one point I had to change my move date and the company was very accommodating of this.

It was an excellent experience. The moving team was comprised of 5 people: Barney, Charlie, Travis, William and John; all were very neat and professional. At both end of the move, pads and protection were placed to protect the home from any damage or tracking in of dirt, etc. It was not the best day for moving; being cold (20F) and snowing. At the new home, they worked as two team - the outside team (2 people), who unloaded the truck, and the inside team (3 people) who distributed the boxes and did the setup work. We supplied coffee & donuts in the AM, and lunch near the end of the move. I would have no hesitation in asking for this company and these guys again. Denis Bisantz

Excellent. They were prompt to respond to the initial call. The foreman, Barney, came to do the estimate on time. They were willing to drop off wardrobe boxes (included in the move) in advance. They were a hard working crew of 5 guys who were extremely calm, patient, efficient, and careful. They were extremely pleasant , and their whole demeanor really relaxed me on what could have been a very stressful day. They took extra measures to keep the house clean-- it was a rainy day and they had an :indoor crew" and an "outdoor crew" in order to keep from tracking mud and water on our new carpet . They were good natured when we changed our mind several times about the placement of certain furniture. They were pretty much right on in terms of their estimate. I was happy to support a local business, and to meet the person who would actually be moving us in advance of the move

the men arrived on time and ready to work--- they were very polite and friendly-- they started to work and worked fast and efficiently all day long--- the men took one five minute break even though the temp. was in the high 80s and muggy--we're verry pleased with the work they did and they were very careful with our items -some which were fragile and very heavy--they worked as real professionals and did a great job. i would recommend them to anyone who wants to use movers.

While out of town this winter, a water backup flooded my basement which extinguished the pilot in my furnace. Unfortunately, the furnace did not short out causing it to continue to blow though the entire house creating a rain forest effect. The entire interior of my house was severely damaged as well as most of the contents and my personal belongings. The floors buckled, wall paper fell down, drapery rods pulled out from the walls due to the weight of the moistened fabric, cabinets, counters and floors destroyed, etc. It was a total nightmare. I needed a general contractor to restore my home and fortunately I made the right choice. Not very often do you hear anyone say wonderful things about their contractor but my experience was so positive, I feel the need to sing his praises and recommend his services to all. Mike Ranney, owner of Eggert Construction did a wonderful job. Due to his honesty and integrity, not only did we work well together, but the insurance company recognized his level of commitment and never once questioned a quote or request he submitted. I could not live in my house during the reconstruction, so on the insurance company's recommendation, I returned to Florida. After several initial meetings, Mike and I worked remotely, over the phone for most of the reconstruction. It involved services form all the trades, crews that have worked for Mike for years, who provided quality and professional workmanship. The job is just about finished now and I have happily moved back into my home. What began as such an traumatic situation I felt completely unprepared to manage ended in a beneficial experience I could never have predicted. Not only is my home beautifully redone, but I know now that I have established a relationship with a company I know I can rely on for any future work.. No job is too large or too small. Eggert Construction can build a new house or replace a new door. I am so grateful for the wonderful job they did for me.

went well, both guys were nice, one was a little grumpy to move some appliances from basement to first floor (wasn't taking to new house) price was fine (by the hour)

They are the only movers we contacted, who came out to our house and delivered a written estimate. They delivered some boxes for us without charging us for delivery. The owner of the company himself, called to ask if everything was ok and if we were satisfied with everything.

It went very well. They were very professional, communicative, and respectful. They were focused while they were doing the job and they really kept to the task for the whole time that we had them, which was for two days.

Excellent estimate. The final move came in a little cheaper than the estimate. They were the lowest cost. The service is great. The people were great and friendly. A+! Highly recommend to other perspective movers. Weiss had received other strong reviews from Angie's List and they were really proud of those reviews. They have them framed in their office.

Easy. Move was explained carefully by owner. Crew arrived on time; worked hard in the heat all day while remaining pleasant and moved our entire house almost flawlessly. (One slight nick on a table). I would use again as what could have been a very stressful experience was not.

I completed an email request for an estimate and received a telephone call the following day. We had trouble connecting due to my busy schedule but the company continued to return calls and try to reach me. Once we connected, we arranged for an on-site estimate. The owner arrived and provided the estimate. We then scheduled the moving day. My move was delayed several months unexpectedly and with short notice, but Weiss was very accommodating. On the day of the move, the two movers showed up about 25 minutes late, but they were very nice, efficient and professional. They completed the move in less time than expected and charged me slightly less than the original estimate.

Really excellent experience. Team led by Barney was outstanding, worked nonstop and uncomplainingly all day. Very professional. I had been given the company name by a friend who had used them recently, then went to the List to check this company, along with some others that I had heard about. We were more than pleased with the outcome, and would recommend this company.

They are very good movers they are careful with antiques and good problem solvers.

The movers were on time and were very professional. All 3 guys were polite and respectful of our property and us. They were not lounging around to get extra hours but instead worked diligently to get done. They actually finished in less time than estimated. This was by far the best experience yet with a moving company. They were very gentle with our personal belongings, furniture etc. and I didn't feel like I had to watch their every move. I would definitely recommend them.

THE TWO GUYS THEY SENT OUT WERE WONDERFUL. THEY WERE VERY EASY TO DEAL WITH AND THEY MOVED EVERYTHING WITH NO DAMAGES. THEY WERE ABLE TO MANAGE EVERYTHING WITHOUT ANY CRYING OR COMPLAINING.
