Description of Work: This was the third time we decided to use Weiss Movers. The last time we used them they were 3 hours later than quoted. We have always had very good workers, however the response from the owner has always seemed like she was working for us instead of the opposite. For this move we required packing service as well as moving. One day prior to the packing day, I received a call from the owner asking to move the day. This required me to adjust the day I had taken as vacation from work. After lots of fighting with the owner, she reluctantly agreed to not charge a travel time for my trouble. overall, the movers were great, but beware of the owner who is not focused on customer service. this will be the last time we use Weiss.

THEY WERE EFFICIENT AND DIDN'T WASTE ANY TIME. THE PRICE WAS ACTUALLY CHEAPER INCLUDING STORAGE THAN ANOTHER COMPANY I CALLED. I THINK WEISS MOVING PRICE WAS ABOUT THE SAME OR SLIGHTLY LESS THAN THE OTHER COMPANY. THEY WERE VERY ACCOMMODATING.
