A call to request work was put in a month prior. They said that they would put us on the schedule. After 4 weeks, we called again since we only have occasional work done by them. Eastside L. was apologetic. They found the log of our call and never put us on the schedule. They came a few days later. No bill yet, but the work done was as excellent as the fall clean-up we had done last fall. My feeling is that if we were regular customers, work on our yard would be done more promptly.

They are a good solid group of citizens. I will probably use them again this year.

Overall, the service is OK. I feel the service I get now is not as timely as what I received from them 3 or 4 years ago. No major issues or complaints with services provided.

We ended up not doing the job at all, as it was more money than we could part with at the time. Everything seemed fine. I would probably hire them if we were to go ahead with the job.

I have had them for years. I even recommended them in the past. They used to be outstanding. I got stuck twice in my drive. They have a lousy driver for our street, who has no idea how to plow. They waited until the snow ended which was more than 24 hours later to do one plow. It is obvious that they were too lazy to come more than one time. I left numerous messages when I was unable to get to work because the snow was too high for me to get out. I am not sure what is going on there, but I will not use them again. REALLY BAD SERVICE.

This company snow plow service is very unreliable. We choose this service via recommendation from a family member and we should not have. They do perform the service at times, but I feel they do not have the necessary means to support their customer base. Even when you call on a snow day to have your driveway plowed (because they have failed to show), it goes to voicemail during business hours. They refuse to even pick up the phone! Pretty awful service. Also, I tend to leave the house early and I have seen at least 4 other companies plowing houses in my neighborhood hours before our plow guys shows up. We will definitely be using a new service next year.

It was good service, but I can imagine better. They never damaged anything. The reason I didn?t give them an A is because sometimes they didn?t come early enough for morning work departure.

He did an excellent job. He took pride in his work. Even though he did a good job the lawn had fungus in it. If I had continued to use him, he would have taken care of the problem for me but I have moved to an apartment now.

They are completely unreliable. It is obvious they are trying to save money by doing the least amount they can. This "business" in their contract about plowing after two inches of snow fall is totally false!!!!! If there is anything more than a mild snow fall it is no telling when they will show up. I hire them for snow storms that might not allow me to get out of the house for. They are TOTALLY unreliable for this. Maybe they take on too many contracts, but what ever the reason is, I find myself having to shovel my drive way if I need to get out at a reasonable time. Today was a sunday.....they did not come and plow unto 3 pm. This is totally unacceptable. They do not answer their phone. I noticed the reports on Angies list about them have been getting worse over time, and I should not have hired them this year. Don't make the same mistake I did!!!!!

They did a great job. We booked them in advance, they also called a week in advance, then again the day before to let us know they would be out. They went over our lawn with a deep core aerator and did multiple passes in the really tough areas.

The residents of the nine homes mentioned above felt that the service was less than stellar and that's putting it mildly. Many of us have to leave our homes for work by 6-6:30 A.M. and had a lot of difficulty doing so because the driveways and lane were never plowed by then. The company would never answer it's telephone when we would call to find out when they were going to get to us. Several of the people on the lane felt the drivers (it was always someone different) were careless about their driving. I personally witnessed a truck one day almost go off the lane pavement onto a slope which if it had happened the company would have had to have the truck towed out.

There were times when it appeared we were last on their list.

It's been very effective. The guy that comes to do it is very friendly and professional. The one that does the lawn fertilization is from the same company. They are also very professional and they explain everything. If you have any questions they are very open to discussing them.

They rarely showed up, definitely did not follow the contract. My neighbors on both sides were plowed much more frequently. I ended up shoveling the driveway myself about 75 percent of the time. When they did show up, they dug up the dirt in my front yard where they pushed the snow. Won't be using them again.

They were excellent and I'd recommend them. The price is about a year of service.

Jim had lots of great landscaping ideas, he took my budget into consideration, gladly broke the estimate down into three separate jobs so I could decide which I wanted to have done based on the cost of each project. I decided to proceed with two areas, and although I waited a little while before the work was done, they did a fabulous job, it looks nicer than I ever could have imaged and I couldn't be happier with the completed projects.

Great. They saw that their regular core aerator was not going to do the job and brought a deeper one out on their own.

I have been with Eastside for a number of years for both Snow Removal and Lawn Service and have noticed their service quality declining over the years. For snow removal, they are not reliable compared with other plowing services I see operating in the neighborhood. During big storms, they do not do interim plowing and wait until so much snow builds up that they can't deal with it effectively. Lately, it is a cause for celebration when they arrive on time so that I can get out in time for work (specific time requested on contract as no later than 7:15 am). As for Lawn Service, they tack on additional clean-up services and fertilizer applications without the consent of the customer. After more than seven years with this company, I am finally out of patience with their lack of focus on customer satisfaction.

He did a good job. He is very punctual, once you sign a contract with him he comes about the same time every week.

They are reliable and they do a good job.

I originally chose this company because they are one of the few that uses a jeep to plow tight driveways, which mine is. However, the company failed to remove the snow from my driveway as their contract stated they would. They also returned only one of the dozens of phone calls I made to them when they failed to show up after each significant snowfall. I ended up shoveling the driveway each and every snowfall -- even after that horrendous storm we had just before Christmas! -- because they failed to show up.

We've been very pleased. They always come within a reasonable time after or during a snow, and they do a good job plowing our long, narrow driveway. We are able to get both cars out of the garage and down the driveway with no problem. They also have a nice renewal process each year which is all done by mail.

We use Eastside for snow removal and that service is excellent, but we found their responsiveness and price for tree trimming to be lacking.

THIS COMPANY NEVER RETURNED PHONE CALLS AND FAILED TO REMOVE THE SNOW ON MY DRIVEWAY THROUGHOUT THE SEASON.

Its a small job yet the estimate was for $1000 which I thought was too much.
