We were very impressed by their responsiveness and their service.

Last year the contract was worth it. However, the worker didn't come early enough for us to get out for work. Sometimes the worker didn't come back after the first plowing. However, I talked to them and they straightened everything out. I'm hoping to have the same guy again this year, and he's familiar with my driveway.

We were always the last house on our street to have their driveway plowed after each snowfall. They also tended to run over our lawn without paying much attention to where the pavement ended.

They have been our go to company for the past 3 years. Their work is consistently very good and they are flexible with our schedule. Not many companies these days care about the customer's satisfaction, Eastside has always been willing to work with us to personalize our needs and services. They have reworked our beds by sizing and preparing them, removing shrubs and grinding the stumps. They have moved plants, created a stone border, cut and maintain our lawns and plow our snow every winter. During the winter they are very good about plowing at the time they promise and have come out on multiple runs during very snowy days. I would recommend their services for your lawn, beds and plowing. These are nice people who do their best to make your outdoor needs easy and convenient.

The snow was removed within an acceptable time frame. They have been very responsive the few times I have had to call.

Every time I contacted them, the receptionist was very nice and really tried to resolve my problems. However, she seems to have no control over the people who actually show up at your house. First off, we have a car parked in the circular drive. There was plenty of room to go around it. However, they would show up and not plow the whole circular drive. They would only plow from the garage to the road. This is despite me clearing with them in advance where I should park the car and making repeated calls. They of course charged me for the whole driveway. In addition, they ignored the stakes they put around the driveway. I put up soccer corner markers (6 ft tall with big orange flags) next to the driveway. They ran them over too. After the winter, there were ruts over 1 ft deep next to the driveway which cost me $300 to repair not to mention the 2 ft of grass they plowed up at the end of the driveway. In addition, we are doctors and have to leave very early in the morning. We notified them of this fact and were promised we would have early plowing. Several mornings (3) we had to clear part of the driveway ourselves to get out. Needless to say, I will not use them again and I suggest you think twice before you do. My friend has used them for years and had a totally different experience. I think it depends on who actually is sent to your house and where you fall on the pecking list. The older customers likely get the better services.

I never have to call and they are always ahead of the game. I have had no problems and am completely happy with their service. I have used them for many years.

There snow plows service is good, I would use it every winter. However, I would not recommend their garden maintenance due to their poor responsiveness. I start contacting them for a mulch delivery in May, still not get an exact delivery date yet. It seems that the manager is too busy to accept new customer.

With each visit, I found the Weed Man people to be friendly and very willing to answer our questions. I even had my husband on the phone at one point, and the tech spent quite a bit of time, going over the plan with him. Our 0.8 acre property has a rather steep grassy hill that has been the site of "wipe-outs" when previous lawn guys have come. This man used a walk-behind broadcast spreader and the coverage was great. It was nice not to have any ruts in the soft ground either. Now, three weeks later, the grass is growing well and with a healthy thickness. I'm looking forward to the scheduled weed killer.

I hadve used their service for over 15 years. They get worse each year. Although we barely had snow this year, they show up past the contract time or not at all. I used them because there are a number of houses around me that use them too. There are neigborhoods that receive better service only 3 minutes from our area. If I had the time I would canvass all the homes around me that use Eastside and get everyone to convert to a new provider. Thre is no point calling them. They don't answer or always have an excuse.

I am very pleased with them and have recommended them to my parents and neighbors.

I have no complaints. They come and plow before I leave for work and usually do work when I'm at work. The pricing is good and this is the second winter I've used them.

They did an amazing and good job.

I wanted to submit this report. Its a little premature because this winter isn't yet over but the service has been great. I wanted to let other people know so when they are looking for someone next year they consider Eastside. They have been timely and consistent all season.

East Side Landscaping has to be prompted into action. It has been snowing all day. It is now 3.05 pm no snow plowing truck has been here. The dispacher said another few hours before they come. Today is not an extra-ordinary snow event. It snows in January. Very frustrating. I have a Toyota Yaris and could barely pull into my drive way.Company dosnt appear to care.

They did not come for almost two months after we called and asked to be put on their schedule, and never contacted us to tell us approximately when they'd be coming. They did not call the day before to let us know they were coming. Without consulting us, they pulled up plants that weren't weeds, and left plants that were. They sprayed peony bushes and tomato plants with Roundup.

I like that they come every week. They cut the lawn fine. They are expensive. I would use them in the future.

We spend $275 on that service. We tried to contact them to tell them certain things, but they never call back. There are a limited number of people around here to do the snow plowing and most of the neighbors are probably going to stay with them, even though they are not all that happy with them. The pricing is probably good. They were fine when they came to first get it signed us signed up, but we haven’t heard from them.

We have used them for a few years. They are usually very good about plowing in a timely manner and coming multiple times in a day if necessary. However, a few times when the snow has been very heavy, they have been slow to show up. We have a fence that runs along one side of our driveway with a very narrow gate. They have been very good about not hitting it in previous years. This winter they did hit the gate and caused minor damage. I called immediately after it happened and they said they would fix it in the spring. They just came and fixed it without me having to remind them and they did a great job! Overall, I would recommend them.

I used them this entire season. I chose them because my neighbors had them. They recommended them. If you refer them, you get $10. I'm not happy with the work at all because they couldn't wait and every single snow plowing didn't occur until between 4 and 6 pm and by then I already had to plow my snow because I couldn't get out of my driveway. I'm very unhappy with their service and I'm not going to get them next year. I could not reach them every time I tried to reach them during a snow storm. They just put their answering service on when a lot of people try to reach them. They did eventually come and plow. It did plow okay when they plowed. I would not recommend them nor use them again in the future.

They come whenever there is more than 2'' of snow. They come before 7:00 AM to make sure we can get out of our driveway, and they will come any other time as well. They are very thorough and do a good job.

The experience went okay. They wouldn't plow on certain days when there was alot of snow, but I think that's how most companies are; they get very busy. However, overall, I'm happy their services.

We have used them for 10 years. The only reason we are leaving is that they no longer seem to be able to plow us very early in the morning and as we have a physician who absolutely has to leave early it became problematic. In the early years we were obviously at an earlier place in their route but in the last 2 years it had become far less reliable. The timing is critical for us so we regretfully had to change.
