+ 0 moreDan and his crew were wonderful. They did a great job. Very happy with everything. Especially impressed that they removed overgrown bushes and then took the trash away. The driveway and walkways are beautiful. The crew was polite and willing to explain each step in the process. Would recommend. Also enjoyed talking with Dan's wife who coordinated the job. They worked around my schedule which was much appreciated. Again, highly recommend.
Description of Work: New driveway, front walk and walk and steps to backyard.

+ -1 moreDAN GAVE ME A WRITTEN ESTIMATE PROMPTLY, BUT HE WAS EXPENSIVE AND JUST NOT VERY POLITE BY PHONE. MAYBE THIS WASN'T A BIG ENOUGH JOB FOR HIM. HE WAS CONDESCENDING WHEN I ASKED FOR CLARIFICATION ON WHETHER THE FOOTAGE ESTIMATE FOR THE CONCRETE WAS FOR SQUARE FEET OR LINEAR FEET (THE ANSWER: LINEAR, TO MY SURPRISE). HE ALSO WAS IRRITATED THAT I COULDN'T READ HIS CHICKEN-SCRATCH ABBREVIATIONS ON THE ESTIMATE. I WOULD HAVE NEVER SIGNED A CONTRACT THAT WASN'T CLEAR. I WENT WITH ANOTHER CONTRACTOR, ONE WHO ACTED LIKE HE WANTED MY BUSINESS.
