+ -1 moreHe has only put 3/4 of the bricks on the east side the house. He showed me some plants in a book and said he would bring samples; he brought all of the bushes and I only liked two. He took everything back and didn't even leave the two bushes I liked. I called again today and still have not heard from him. I also told him it was my mistake because I should have gone with him to help pick out the plants and bushes. He didn't do what he said he would do. He said he would bring money back, but still has not. I had to call him because he would be late or not show up. He said the job would take a day and a half but he worked only half a day. He was not respectful on the phone.
Description of Work: Ramon Cruz was going to plant bushes and trees in my yard and put in brick edging on one side of the house and small stones. He was going to fill in some dips in my yard and where ever their was brown grass he was going to re seed. I wanted a Japanese maple and the tree he brought was only two feet tall when it should have been bigger. I changed my mind about bricks in the front of the house and he got huffy with me. He yelled at me because I told him I would only pay for the work he completed. He is now not responding to my phone calls.
