+ -1 moreOn the Ohio side, it was great. They were very, very nice. I wound up spending money putting a hitch on my car that I didn't expect, but they were able to help me out with putting the hitch on so I didn't have to go all over to get the trailer and a hitch. I was pleased with their service, the quality of their installation of the hitch and the hookup. I had never used a U-Haul before, so I didn't realize that I had to buy the hitch.
Description of Work: I rented a midsized moving trailer from them.
