Description of Work: MEMBER CONTRACTED FOR A PARTIAL CEMENT DRIVEWAY REPLACEMENT IN JULY 1999. DURING THE COURSE OF REMOVING OLD CEMENT FROM THE APRON, A SECTION OF CONCRETE (NOT TO BE REMOVED) WAS DAMAGED BY AN EMPLOYEE USING A TOW-MOTOR POWERED BLADE. ALTHOUGH THERE HAVE BEEN MANY PHONE CALLS & PROMISES TO RE-SEAL THE APRON & FIX THE BROKEN AREA, THIS HAS NEVER BEEN DONE.
