Total Contamination Cleaning

Description of Work: My parents home in Parma had a flood due to sewer back up for the 2nd time in 1 week. The first one wasn't as bad as the second and we knew we could not manage the damage ourselves. I called several flood companies as soon as I received the call from my parents. I tried calling several that were listed on Angies list. But because so many homes had been flooded that day/week, most were busy and I could only leave a message. The flood occured on the night before. They got up to 5 inches of sewage water. Although most of it subsided rather quickly, the carpet, paneling, furniture, and other items that were stored in the basement were all damaged and alot was ruined. My husband found Total Clean online. I called them and Kevin answered right away. Within 30 minutes someone was at my parents house assessing the situation. Bill, Kevin, and the rest of their crew worked really hard at my parents house that day. They removed pretty much everything from the basement, saved and cleaned what they could, and threw the rest out. They were very helpful and professional. My parents are getting older and it was too much for them to handle on their own. These guys were very trustworthy, upfront, and honest. It helped ease the frustration my parents felt about losing their things due to a flood that is the fault of the city of Parma and their crumby sewer system. The Total Clean guys also kept my parents fixed income in mind and made sure not to exceed the amount that the home owners insurance would cover. They made a bad situation alot easier for all of us.
