+ -1 moreWE HIRED TOTAL COMFORT TO REPLACE THE WHOLE HOUSE A/C. THE NEW UNIT DID NOT COOL THE HOUSE AS WELL AS THE OLD A/C. WE DISCUSSED THIS WITH JOE, AND WE HAD AN AGREEMENT TO PAY HALF THE BILL WHILE HE RESEARCHED THE PROBLEM, AND THE REMAINDER OF THE BILL WOULD BE DUE UPON CORRECTION OF THE PROBLEM. SOME WEEKS PASSED AND THEIR NEXT COMMUNICATION WAS A 'PAY UP OR DIE' LETTER. WE WROTE REITERATING OUR AGREEMENT WITH A CC TO OUR ATTORNEY. THAT GOT SOME ACTION. TOTAL COMFORT CAME OUT WITH A RHEEM FACTORY REP - TESTED AIRFLOW, ETC. IT TURNED OUT THAT TOTAL COMFORT INSTALLED THE INCORRECT EVAPORATOR COIL.... THIS WAS CORRECTED. THEY WERE PROMPT AND PROFESSIONAL WHEN THEY WERE HERE, BUT COMMUNICATING AND PROBLEM RESOLUTION WAS FAR TOO DIFFICULT.
