house cleaning
+ -1 moreI bought a Groupon for 4 2.5 hour sessions. The first cleaning was 2 weeks from the day I scheduled it. They messed up the scheduled day, and explained how they fired the previous scheduler. The reschedule pushed it to be after the date I really needed. They were very unprofessional. The workers called me in route to have me explain how to get to my house, of course late (I do not live somewhere that is hard to find). They were very unprofessional, but the work was good. They did a great job cleaning. They oversold themselves on Groupon and Living Social. This is suppose to be a scheduled house cleaning company. I just called to schedule cleaning. I had to schedule it for more than a month out (40 days). This is unacceptable. Due to the Groupon, they were very cheap. I will use the rest of what I paid for and never use them again.
Description of Work: Housecleaning. Bathrooms, kitchen, dusting, etc. They quality of the work completed was good.
