We sent a letter dated 9/17/06 requesting disbursement of the $1500 held in escrow for repair of a kitchen window, with copy of a receipt for $1127 showing we had paid in full. In letter dated 10/3, from Natalie Minadeo, we received a check for $1110, stating $390 had been paid to the buyers for repairs to their furnace. My wife contacted Ms. Minadeo, on 10/4, who said she would have to look into it. On 10/10 my wife called Ms. Minadeo who stated she needed more time. My wife directed her attention to line #1114, of the Purchase Agreement TitleCo had prepared, that the funds were to be held for the repair of the kitchen window. Ms. Minadeo stated we would have a check for the $390 by the end of the week. I called Ms. Minadeo on 10/17 & 10/18 & @11:30 & 16:30 on 10/20 & received no response. I talked to a representative & asked for the name of her immediate supervisor, it was Ms. Minadeo. I asked for the name of Ms. Minadeo's supervisor and was told she was the owner.
