It was an excellent experience. They demonstrated excellent customer service and were very reliable. They were also very prompt, timely, and professional.

No work was done.

They were real professional.

This company was responsive to my calls. They did a very good job on my sidewalk. They also hauled away the old cement. I was happy with the results.

I called for a consultation at the recommendation of my local service department after another contractor began to replace my garage floor in a manner that was not in accord with city regulations. I liked the check list form that Vince uses and his explanation of the materials and the process involved in accomplishing the job. If this was all I needed done I would have used him, but I also needed the walls repaired.

They are great. They came when they said they would, and they charged what they said they would charge. They did a repair correctly that I haven't had problems with for two years. They were licensed and everything. They were very responsive, they talk to you about their estimates and they are very knowledgeable.

Came in with a lowball estimate and said driveway didn't require a drain (others had told me that it had to have a drain per code). He said he would pitch it away from the garage so drainage wouldn't be a problem. He was going to go against the code. I would not hire this man.

Vince and his crew arrived promptly on the day and time he said the work would begin. They removed the old concrete the first day and filled in the base of stones, etc. for the new concrete, and did the framing for the new concrete. The work area was left clean. The second day, the city inspector approved the pre-pour work and then it rained that day and the next. The following day the new concrete was poured as Vince had notified me the night before that it would be. His crew was professional and efficient. I would not hesitate to recommend Vince and Titan Cement.

No particular problems other than what was already written above.

EXCELLENT! Vince and his crew began Monday morning tearing out the old asphalt driveway, continued Tuesday, graded fixed sewer problem, set forms Wednesday and Thursday and poured the whole driveway beginning at 8 AM Friday morning and finishing by 2 PM.(!) On Saturday, Vince was back cutting in expansion slots and Monday will return to pull his forms.

Overall did a good job. Could have done a better job putting the grass back after they removed their forms.

THEY DID A GREAT JOB. EXPLAINED EVERYTHING VERY WELL. VINCE WAS VERY GENUINE. I HAD A LOT OF CONFIDENCE. THE CLEAR CHOICE.

VINCE WAS OUR PERSON THAT WE WORKED WITH. WE DID HAVE TO WAIT A BIT, BUT WE KNEW THAT UP FRONT. THEY WERE GREAT. THEY WERE PROMPT AND THEY SEALED THE DRIVEWAY. THEY ALSO DID EDGING ALONG THE DRIVE. WE WERE VERY PLEASED AND THEY DID GOOD WORK.

THE WORK WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY DID WHAT THEY SAID THEY WOULD WHEN THEY WOULD. WHEN WE CALLED AND LEFT A MESSAGE ABOUT A VERY MINOR CORNER CEMENT OVERFLOW, IT WAS FIXED THE NEXT DAY. WE LIKED THEM A LOT.

I HAD ANOTHER COMPANY DO THE WORK BUT THIS COMPANY CAME THE DAY AFTER I CALLED AND GAVE ME A VERY DETAILED ESTIMATE. I WOULD HAVE SELECTED THIS COMPANY BUT MY BROTHER HAD A FRIEND THAT GAVE ME A VERY GOOD DEAL.

HE WAS COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL ABOUT NOT BEING ABLE TO MAKE IT TO FIRST APPOINTMENT. CALLED AND MADE ANOTHER AND WAS RIGHT ON TIME.

NOT THE CHEAPEST, AND IT TOOK A COUPLE OF PHONE CALLS TO GET STARTED. HOWEVER, VINCE AND CREW OFFSET BOTH OF THESE WITH THE BEST QUALITY. WE WILL RECOMMEND HIM OFTEN. HE MISQUOTED THE JOB BY $750, NOT HIS FAULT, STUCK TO ORIGINAL PLAN, DID NOT CUT CORNERS.
