He was pleasant when he came out took a look at what needed to be done. He explained the services to me, and was to get with me the next day for an estimate. He did tell me that it would be a few weeks before he would be able to start the job. I was able to talk to another company who was able to come out and start right away, so I called Bob and told him I would be using someone else.

Bob did an excellent job. The shower area looks great. He was very professional, courteous, prompt, EXTREMELY clean (plus taking off his shoes every time), and performed everything as he described. However, two things didn't go perfect. We did discuss a soap dish/shelf at the time of the estimate but he didn't remember it (could have been alleviated with a written estimate). He picked up and installed a shelf. Lastly, I added the request of the light fixtures above the shower area the day he started the job, not at the time of the estimate. While it worked out fine in the end, it did set the final completion back somewhat. His use of a consultant to check his work, while noble that he wanted to make sure it was absolutely perfect, took more than a week. We had repeated calls back and forth, as he had a hard time scheduling the consultant. Again, not necessarily his fault but it didn't go smoothly. We would unreservedly recommend Bob and would use him again.

It went great. Bob came right over and worked us into his schedule. He was willing to accommodate a Saturday installation for us. He was very neat and fast, and the work is beautiful. The work was very good, and Bob is a nice guy to deal with.

I gave them a day and a half and they never called me. One day I left a message and then they did call at 5:30 one day but it was too late and I already called someone else.

They were terrific. The time and price was good. They were very responsive.

The floor in this area looks great. The cuts around the door frames where done well, you can tell that time was taken to make sure this was done right. I was very nervous about this job being done right, because its a lot of money, and because its a major part of the house. The job was done very well, and the guys cleaned up after themselves well. The only suggestion that I would make would be more communication. I would have felt better had there been more communication, but in the end, the job was done well.

Very reasonable price, they finished ahead of schedule. Quality work. I can not say enough good things about them.

Tip Top did an excellent job and was very quick and efficient. Workmanship was excellent, and their cleanup was acceptable. Tip Top was able to accommodate the job in a quick time frame - less than 1 week after providing the estimate.

THEY WERE VERY THOROUGH AND REASONABLY PRICED. THEY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND.

BOB WAS VERY PROMPT IN RETURNING MY PHONE CALLS. HE WAS QUICK TO GET THE JOB DONE AND VERY CONSCIENTIOUS IN OUR DEALINGS. THE BACKSPLASH LOOKS GREAT.

BOB WAS SO NICE AND KEPT IN GOOD CONTACT, WAS ON TIME, VERY PROFESSIONAL, AND JUST A REAL NICE PERSON. HE DID A WONDERFUL JOB. WE ARE VERY PLEASED. RECOMMEND HIM HIGHLY. I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH ON HOW GOOD TIP TOP TILE IS.

BOB CAME OUT FOR AN ESTIMATE (NO CHARGE FOR ESTIMATE). I GOT ONE OTHER ESTIMATE AND HIS WAS THE LOWEST. WE THEN CONFIRMED A DATE FOR THE FOLLOWING WEEK. FOUR HOURS ON SITE AND THE JOB WAS COMPLETE. BOB WAS ON TIME, COMPLETED THE JOB TO OUR SATISFACTION. WE WOULD HIRE HIM AGAIN.

BOB SHOWED UP WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD, CALLING AHEAD OF TIME TO LET US KNOW HE WAS ON THE WAY. HE DID A GREAT JOB WITH THE TILE AND THE BATH/SHOWER ENCLOSURE LOOKS BEAUTIFUL. HE WAS UNINTRUSIVE, ANSWERED ALL QUESTIONS, AND GAVE US A BID ON TWO MORE JOBS WE'RE CONSIDERING DOING. IF WE DECIDE TO DO THESE JOBS I WILL DEFINITELY CALL ON TIP TOP TILE CO. AGAIN.

NEAT. A FEW DELAYS IN STARTING THE JOB. ONCE HE (BOB) WAS "CALLED OUT OF TOWN". A COUPLE OF OTHER VAGUE DELAYS. WITHIN 8 WEEKS ALL OF THE CORNER GROUT CRACKED WALL-TO-WALL JOINTS, WALL TO CEILING, WALLS TO FLOOR, CRACKS ABOUT 3/8". WORK OTHERWISE LOOKED GOOD.

VERY PLEASANT TO WORK WITH. ALWAYS ON TIME. GREAT PRICES. VERY FAIR. SUBCONTRACTED PLUMBLING AND ELECTRICITY. BOTH VERY PROFESSIONAL.

MR NIZNICK WAS VERY COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL. HE CALLED BACK IMMEDIATELY WHEN HE WAS AVAILABLE. THE WORK WAS DONE VERY WELL AND HE CLEANED UP AFTER HIMSELF. HE APPEARED TO BE VERY METICULOUS ABOUT INSTALLING THE TILE AND CLEANING UP AFTERWARDS.

BOB THE REMODELER/TILER WAS GOOD ABOUT RETURNING PHONE CALLS. THIS WAS A RELATIVELY SMALL JOB, AND HE ACTUALLY CAME ON A SATURDAY TO TAKE CARE OF IT. SINCE BOTH I AND MY HUSBAND WORK, THIS WAS VERY CONVENIENT FOR US. THE BATHROOM WAS NEAT WHEN HE LEFT IT AND HE DID A VERY NICE JOB OF THE TILE WORK. WE WERE QUITE HAPPY WITH THE QUALITY OF HIS WORK AND HIS CUSTOMER SERVICE.

BOB NIZNICK, THE OWNER, WAS ON TIME AND PROFESSIONAL FOR OUR MARCH 5 APPOINTMENT. HE EVEN REMOVED HIS SHOES WHICH WINS BIG POINTS WITH ME! WE DISCUSSED MY OPTIONS FOR MY TUB/SHOWER REPLACEMENT. HE SAID HE WOULD PROVIDE ME WITH A QUOTE ON INSTALLING TILE AND ALSO HAVE SHARON, FROM THE PLUMBING CO., CALL ME TO SET UP AN APPOINTMENT FOR AN ESTIMATE TO GIVE ME TWO PRICE OPTIONS. IT HAS BEEN ALMOST 3 WEEKS NOW AND I HAVE NOT HEARD BACK FROM EITHER COMPANY.

I WAS GREATLY DISAPPOINT, I HAD GOTTEN HIS NAME THROUGH ANGIE'S LIST.

I WAITED 3 MONTHS FOR THE JOB TO BE STARTED BUT IT WAS FINISHED IN ONE WEEK. EXCELLENT IN EVERY WAY!! WHEN YOU'RE GOOD YOU'RE BUSY AND THEY WERE WORTH THE WAIT. THE PLUMBER AND GLASS DOOR INSTALLERS WERE VERY HELPFUL AND POLITE AS WELL.

EVERYONE THAT CAME TO OUR HOME WAS FRIENDLY AND COOPERATIVE. THEY WERE PROMPT (WITHIN AN HOUR OF GETTING TO OUR HOME WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD). THEY CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES AND MADE A MINIMUM OF MESS WHILE DOING THE JOB.

THE PROPRIETOR, BOB, MAINTAINED FREQUENT CONTACT WITH ME AND ADJUSTED HIS SCHEDULE TO ADJUST TO THE DELAYS CAUSED BY MY OTHER CONTRACTORS. BOB PREVIOUSLY PUT IN THE TILE IN MY KITCHEN AND FOYER. I HAVE RECOMMENDED HIM TO OTHERS AND WILL CONTINUE TO DO SO.
