the company asked for 455 for cleaning 6 blinds and would have taken then from the home to clean and bring back. They offered to charge 5$ per window to replace with paper blinds while they cleaned the blinds at their store.

I love them. They did a wonderful job. It was perfect. First of all, I found someone who could effectively clean the silhouettes. They're very strong but they're very fragile. It takes a special cleaning process to get them done. I have 15 blinds with double windows and patio doors.

Adam was very helpful with appropriate options for window covering and suggestions for fabrics. Dave did the install and arranged to arrive ahead of schedule for install and actually finished before initial appointment time. He was very courteous and professional. The blind was more expensive than I would have liked to spend, but I am confident I have a good quality product with a company that stands behind their products and services.

It was really very expensive. I would use them again in the future.

Installers were very friendly and professional. Worked quickly and quietly. Install took less time that they scheduled. They were so efficient that I almost wished I had checked on them sooner. When I went up to see the progress the hall was finished and the bedroom almost finished. When I inspected a set in the bedroom I noticed that the support they used to attach the shutter to the window frame was blocking the ability for me to tilt in my windows for cleaning. The installer hadn't seen the tilt feature, but did tell me that they had been installing the bedroom shutters with a different piece than usual because that's what came with the shipment. He apologized and immediately said they could replace those pieces and reinstall them when they came back to replace another shutter set that had arrived damaged. I was initially annoyed but appreciated his quick response and professionalism. In hindsight, I'd recommend to someone have a large install done to have one done and then check it to be sure everything is in order. Less likely to have an issue then and saves everyone's time. The replacement pieces came in within about 2 weeks and they were back and everything fixed very quickly. I would recommend Timan for their attention to service. I like to support local business and I have already mentioned them to a number of people. Also, found their pricing to be competitive. Shutters are high quality, made in the USA and have a lifetime warranty. Can't beat it for the investment.

They were very helpful in picking the right material, not necessarily the most expensive. They scheduled installation around our needs, and worked with the general contractor to be right on time. Friendly, efficient and instructional installation.

This project went great!!! The owner came out for the first consultation and brought plenty of samples. He was patient throughout the process and spent plenty of time with me to help make the best decision for my home. He provided great direction during this process. Timan Window Treatments were very professional and provided a life time guarantee on my Hunter Douglas window coverings. There quality of work was outstanding and worth the price. When the time comes, they will come to my home, remove the treatments, clean them and replace them. I would definitely use them again!!!!

We were very pleased by the shades we chose, especially during the latest Arctic blast, since the Hunter-Douglas insulated blinds did help retain heat. Kathleen Timan was most helpful, knowledgeable and professional in our consultations. The installations went well though there were a few problems that were quickly acknowledged and remedied.

Met with Mrs. Timan who listened to what the homeowners wanted. She reviewed our options and provided great assistance with selection. She also provided guidance on additional products, including throw pillows and table runners to compliment the window dressings. Installation went off without a hitch. Installers were timely, clean, professional and courteous. They did a great job. Already planning to use this company for future products. With regard to price - you definitely get what you pay for and in my view it was worth every penny

Good! The service rep was going to find out about an item missing from the order. Never did--I called myself. This is minor to an incredibly good experience and what appears to be an awesome product.
