 + -1 moreThey have been very professional and understanding when dealing with our organization. One time our payment check went astray and they were patient while it got sorted out. We've talked about less expensive awards but we continue ordering the one we like!
Description of Work: They designed a unique award for our group. The award isn't inexpensive but we like it so well that we continue to purchase 4-6 of them annually. Each year we email the award winners to them and within a couple weeks we go pick them up.
