Description of Work: HAVING NOTED AND ADMIRED DRIVEWAY WORK IN MY COMMUNITY COMPLETED BY THE SEALCOATING COMPANY, I CONTACTED THEM FOR AN ESTIMATE. SEVERAL DAYS LATER, I RECEIVED THE FIRST CALL BACK (VOICE MAIL) SAYING THEY WOULD BE OUT TO EVALUATE. KEN GEORGE CAME TO MY HOME ON A SUNDAY EVENING (I WAS NOT AT HOME) AND LEFT ME A MESSAGE (WITH A CELL PHONE #) REGARDING SOME REPAIR WORK NEEDED FOR WHICH HE WOULD NEED AN ADDITIONAL OPINION. ANOTHER 2 WEEKS WENT BY AND ANOTHER PERSON CAME TO MY HOME (AGAIN ON A SUNDAY EVENING)AFTER WHICH I RECEIVED A VERBAL ESTIMATE BY VOICE MAIL WITH A PROMISE FOR A WRITTEN ESTIMATE TO FOLLOW. WRITTEN ESTIMATE NEVER ARRIVED, CALLED CELL PHONE NUMBER, LEFT A MESSAGE, NO RESPONSE. APPEARS THAT DOING BUSINESS FOR THIS FIRM IS NOT ABOUT THE CUSTOMER BUT ABOUT WHEN (OR IF) THEY GET AROUND TO CONTACTING YOU, DOING THE WORK, ETC. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND FRUSTRATING AFTER MORE THAN A MONTH OF TRYING TO ARRANGE THIS WORK. BACK TO THE DRAWING BOARD...ITS JUST A DRIVEWAY!!
