Brian and TJ did a great job. They were here at the time agreed upon, and were professional (even removed their shoes when inside), quick, and efficient. Both individuals made the effort to educate me on the steps they were performing and pointed out other useful information. I will definitely use them again.

Brian and Adam worked well together and kept me informed of the process as they worked. They worked efficiently and knew what they were doing. When I called on Saturday to make the appt, was surprised to be talking to the owner, Greg Faustina. He was very helpful and set up the appt and told me I could call anytime with any questions or concerns. They replaced the dirt, also!! Overall, an A+ Thank you!!!

Work done on time and all workers were very knowledgeable. Price was less than estimate. Offered advice above and beyond the problem area they were working on. I would not hesitate to hire them again.

Could not get water to run cold 1 sink. Suggest house needs copper pipe in basement. Will call later. Very pleased. Came on time. Went about work. Explained why no cold water in one sink. Have used them before and will use again. *Sent FAX because I have trouble hearing on phone.

They said they would come out sometime the next week to give me an estimate. My original call to them was 7/22. I never heard from them after that.

He tried really hard to get the drain unclogged. He wasn't able to do it, so he recommended that we alter the direction of the downspout to avoid the problem. He also repaired an outside faucet while he was there. He did not bill me for that. It was very nice of them.

I was afraid that, because the insulation was wet, I'd have to replace the water heater. I was pleased that he relit it with no problem. He also advised me on a potential problam with the way the heater was connected. and he turned down the thermostat, which should save on my gas bill. He was prompt and helpful. My only quibble is with my asking about installing a drain in the lowest part of the basement, where water seepage collects. He did not propose any solution, instead steering me toward a whole-house outside basement waterproofing at $150 a linear foot! I'm going to try some landscaping changes.

They didn't show until an hour after the scheduled appointment. In the meantime, I had already cancelled and told him to leave because I had to get to work.

The first plumber to arrive to do the job was dramatic about how difficult a job it was going to be because of the location of the pipe close to electrical lines. He then agreed to do the job but explained it would be expensive. In the middle of the work, he melted some plastic tubing that had water in it, thereby spraying water everywhere and causing my alarm (the panel was nearby) to go off. This brought out the local fire and police to my house and forced me to disconnect my alarm in order to turn it off. That evening, we noticed that not only was the leak not repaired, it was leaking worse (faster) than before the supposed repair. I immediately called the company back (they have 24 hour service) but they said their guy couldn't get to my house until 2 a.m. so I decided to wait until morning. I had been told they'd be there at 7:30 a.m., but it was 8:45 until someone (a supervisor) showed up. He (finally) fixed the leak correctly.

Plumber's were on time and very nice/polite. Did very good work and cleaned-up after themselves. Did a couple of little things at no extra cost. Thought price was steep. I know that any kind of plumbing work is usually very high-end on costs. Would probably use them again.

I was able to get an appointment very quickly. Dennis and Ben arrived on time, and were very friendly and professional. They didn't find anything wrong with the drain pipes. They fixed the toilets at no charge and even gave me an extra Angie's List discount for the video-snaking. I'll definitely use this company in the future.

Excellent experience. The Plumbing Source two man crew arrived on time. They verified the backup and then snaked 110 feet into the line. The snake blade came out clean and the water drained away immediately. The ''snake handler'' then used his flashlight to look into the downspout and he saw ''something'' still in the downspout. They used a length of copper tubing to form a 10 foot hook and pulled up a 2 foot piece of the old downspout. This length of aluminum downspout had caused the blockage--left their by our contractor. The Plumbing Source's persistence found the source of our problem. We then used the remaining time to survey other storm drain issues. Only negative: Plumbing Source did not bring a camera unit although we specifically requested that the service people do so. No problem, however, since they cleared the plug so quickly.

Mario was friendly, polite and professional. He completed the work quickly. There was a problem with the work, I called and he came back apologized and quickly fixed it.

Technician was on time, polite and thorough. He conducted a water pressure test and evaulated my entire system to make sure all my plumbing was in working order.

The plumber was on time. He fixed the problem and cleaned up after the work was done. He was neat and very polite. I feel the price was fair.

Al the plumber came promptly even though he was in Parma and I live in Chesterland. He was very polite and efficient. He had told me on the phone before he came that it would be $200 at least. I told him to come out anyway because I knew I wouldn't be able to sleep worrying about the water and the sound of the alarm on the back up system. I don't know if it was reasonably priced, but at that hour of the night I was glad to have someone reassure me that everything was functioning. As you can see it cost less than he quoted.

The Plumbing Source team (2 men came) was very professional, thorough and competent. They arrive prepared for most every plumbing situation with a truck full of tools and parts. They knew that I was on a tight time schedule and were prompt and efficient. They offered to check all of the plumbing in the house while they were there and took the specifications of my hot water heater, so that they would know exactly what type to bring if I ever needed it replaced. They explained how they charge for their work and offer a plan for repeat customers. All in all, I was very satisfied with this visit and will call them again.

They arrived early for their appointment. Dennis and TJ were very polite and neat, making sure to wear coverings on their boots while walking inside. They laid tarps everywhere and explained in detail what they were going to do. They also warned me about our pipes being old and the possibility that snaking might cause a leak. When the leak did occur, they helped me move all the items in the kitchen cabinet that was affected, and worked diligently in a tight area to fix the pipe. Even though the situation itself was unpleasant and frustrating, Dennis and TJ did all they could to help and make it less painful and it was certainly not their fault. In the end, the drains are emptying much faster, and the toilet flushes right away.

They were here for about a day and a half and had a lot of very difficult work to do. We felt the price was reasonable for the job. We would definitely use them again. They are very prompt to return calls, and they do excellent work. They are very willing to come right back out if there is any problem with their work. They are very clean during the job, and they clean up after. They are the nicest people to deal with.
