The Plumbing Source

Brian and TJ were prompt, courteous and polite. They identified the problem and worked quickly to fix it, even replacing a gas shut off valve for the clothes dryer at no charge. They replaced the upstairs bathroom sink and faucet, which were old and put in a new washer in the master bedroom faucet at no charge. TJ noticed that our hot water tank temperature was set too high and offered to turn it down for us to ensure that no one got burned by the very hot water. TJ offered information about water purity which I found very useful, and they both cleaned up any debris entirely after the work. They both wore coverings over their shoes, which I appreciated. In all, a very professional job and I would certainly use them again.

Nothing ever got done, non-responsive.

I called them originally to see what I thought was a leaking pipe. He came out and stated there was not a leak and only charged me half of a service call because he didn't have to do any work. He did let me know to watch the water heater because it was 12 years old. Sure enough, two months later the water heater went out. They came out the same day with all the equipment on the truck. They also replaced a faucet that I needed to be installed. They also replaced the valves on the pipes under the sink. There were two guys that did the work and they were wonderful. They were very knowledgeable and efficient. They were so neat and didn't leave a mess whatsoever. They weren't cheap but they are so worth it, you do get what you pay for.

The leak was easily repaired. The faucet over the cast iron washtub was to be replaced. In that process the frame supporting the washtub broke and the washtub fell to the floor. Fortunately it did not fall on the repairman's foot! A new fiberglass washtub was installed along with a new faucet. The old washtub was broken apart, removed from the house and taken away.

They came back a second time to repair my shower. Very good job. No problems. Very courteous and pleasant to work with.

They found the problem, fixed it, and cleaned up. They were all very efficient and effective.

Customer repeatedly contacted representative to come out for an estimate and representative never showed.

I decided to try to just clear out drain some myself, as The Plumbing Source was a bit expensive and couldn't guarantee that they'd fix the problem (and my understanding is that the $286 was basically the smallest amount that they'd charge). Having said that, they were very honest and helpful as I got the quote (over the phone).

From the the initial contact with Linda in the office to describe the water heater problem, The Plumbing Source was a pleasure to work with. Within a few hours of my call, they were able to send two mechanics out to remove the old unit and install a new Rheem 40 gal. water heater. Brian T and T.J. were extremely professional and courteous and had the job completed within a few hours - enabling me to go to work by midday. I used The Plumbing Source one other time in the past, had a great experience with the water heater replacement and would not hesitate to call them again for any plumbing needs. Keep up the good work with customer service and responsiveness!

We have had much work done by The Plumbing Source over the years and have found them to be consistently honest and reliable, in addition to being accurate troubleshooters. Had I realized earlier that they also performed waterproofing services I would have had the original work done by them.

On a Saturday morning we found water in the basement. Within 4 hours, Plumbing Source had someone at our house. The job was made more complicated by weird things happening with our gas line, which accounts for the increased cost. The guys who came were polite, kept our house clean and dealt with the quirks of our particular house very well.

Has been out several times for repairs and installation. Very easy to work with, prompt and professional response on the phone. The crews really know their stuff and have given us excellent advice and recommendations even when it meant less work for them. The "by-the-job" charge is a great way to go.

My experience with this company has always been very favorable. From the office scheduler to the actual plumber who came to my home, everyone is professional and very courteous. The plumber and his assistant even put covers on their shoes since it had been raining and their shoes were wet. The job was completed quickly and very neatly.

Company gave a 2 hour window for which a technician would be out arrived 20-30 minutes late but company called and apologized shortly after the 2 hour window. The technician found that the main sewer was blocked. Rather than performing the work himself, the technician suggested that we contact the city to snake the sewer and save some money. Pleased with the work performed but thought that the cost of the service call was a bit high for 30 minutes of work. Technician checked other plumbing items (e.g. water pressure, hot water tank) while onsite. Technician arrived with paper shoe covers and cleaned up well after himself.

They were polite and on time and honestly let me know which things could be fixed by means other than a costly repair. I will absolutely call them again.

Excellent in every way. Poorly done the work, could have ruined my home and yard. The work was the best.

Left message on Saturday for a Monday call-back. Call was returned by 8:30 AM that day, and was able to schedule appointment, that afternoon. The service man, Mario, was on time, friendly and efficient. Had all the parts needed on the truck and was in and out within an hour. This was the second time we used them and will continue to do so.

Excellent work, on time, very polite, also concerned with cleaning up after job, price may have been a B, but overall satisfaction was an A. Also I requested a quote for kitchen work to be done in approximately 3-4 weeks. Again price seemed a little high, but will check with other vendors.

The workers were great. They worked VERY hard all the time. They were pleasant to deal with. As far as I can tell the workmanship is excellent. They knew that I was going to have a lawn put in so they spent a lot of extra time making sure that the soil was tamped in properly. In particular, the main plumber, Jimmy, worked extremely hard. My only complaint was that a few times they could have done things a little differently so that my neighbors would not be bothered.

These folks could not have been nicer or more helpful. They were neat, prompt, pleasant, and charged what we had agreed upon.
