Excellent; quick response, quick estimate, great job, great communication.

I thought they did a very professional job. Timely, cleaned up well, and it was actually more work than the initial estimate but they handled it professionally.

They were courteous, helpful, and even provided suggestions. My driveway is very slanted and they gave me tips on how to keep the water free-rolling.

When I called they said they would be out between 10 and 12. They were here by 10:15. The plumbing source informed us we would need to have our septic tank cleaned before they could clean out the drains. They drains may not need to be cleaned out. We'll have to see once the septic tank is drained. Very nice and friendly.

The Plumbing Source called and came out earlier then scheduled, which was appreciated since the basement was flooded. Two employees arrived and explained the price and what work they were going to perform. They had the equipment necessary to perform the work and were very efficient, professional and very courteous. They explained what caused the problem and cleaned up after completing the job. The whole experience from start to finish was A+. I would also recommend their company to anyone.

They have always solved every single problem I have had. The guys are friendly and good humored.

Mario was professional, personable, and efficient. Explained all details of the job requested as well as options. In the end, I chose an option that enabled us to have a better quality product and resulted in the total project cost including all materials and labor being less than originally anticipated. Pointed out other potential future problems (hot water tank that is 12 years old, etc.) and what to watch out for in an informative manner without being pushy. Was respectful of me and our home (took off shoes, contained and cleaned up work area). Showed up when he said he would and completed job correctly.

They were on time & professional & provided an estimate in advance. My wife was home with two sick kids, so we did not want a second estimate, & the old faucet was leaking, so we agreed to it. We used this company in the past & were pleased with the service. After getting home, I looked at the invoice & learned that the two techs were there for 2 hours. That equates to $100/hour per technician (one was a 'helper'). I called the company & asked to speak with a manager to understand why the cost was so high. I was told it was because they provided the fixtures, which was not accurate. I also wanted to know how to replace the water regulator, which was removed at my request. I was told that someone would call me the next morning. No one did, so I called back & spoke with the same person. He said the technician had a Dr. appt. & needed to leave, & someone would call next day. No one did. I called the owner next day, & he said price was fair, but he would refund $50 (not received yet).

They were the BEST plumbing experience I've ever had. After having at least 4 plumbers out doing various things to the two toilets and kitchen sink over the last 3 yrs since purchasing this house, they were by far the most helpful, knowledgeable, and friendliest. I made an appointment for Tues between 10-12. I was shocked when I received a call at 8:30 from the office stating that their plumber Mario had finished his previous job early and would be here within 30 mins. He arrived at 9 am and proceeded to provide us the experience mentioned above. Thank You Angie's List for providing me highly recommended Plumbers Source. Why did I EVER use Roto-Rooter for the previous sewer backup 2 months ago and not check your service first (I will be reporting this terrible experience soon to you). Well, we live and learn. I will now forever feel comfortable using the Plumbing Source whenever I have a need in the future.

The office person called to let me know they were on the way. Al & his assistant were courteous, professional, neat, and performed excellent installation. I won't hesitate to have them back for more work.

They had to cut through my lower unit ceiling to gain access to the bathtub drain to determine the problem on the first visit. This cost over $200. The job was too extensive to complete on the first service call. I also requested them to replace the water heater for the lower unit. They were able to schedule the work for two days later. They ended up replacing drain pipes and snaking the drain. The work on the second visit cost over $1600.

They did a good job. Very nice and professional. It appeared as though teaching another plumber and they had very little room to work with, yet they were still very nice.

They provided very fast service and they were very accommodating. I have also had them replace my water softener.

I called them first thing in the morning and the receptionist told me that no one was available, but that someone would call me back later. They didn't return the call, so I tried them back. She said that they didn't call me because they don't service my area. It would have been nice if they had told me that before I waited for their call.

They did excellent work. I have no complaints. I even asked them to look at a small leak in my bathroom shower. They looked at it and told me what products I needed to fix it myself, and they didn't charge me for that time and advice.

They showed up on time and even called to tell me they were on their way. I told them that the temp of the hot water had decreased and they checked the water heater. They indicated that the flame was a lazy flame and that they would clean the coils and see if that would help with the temp. They indicated that the flame was still not working properly and that eventually the tank would go bad. They gave me an estimate on a new tank. They did not charge me for the service.

Phoned for appt. Plumber was on time. Did job efficiently and thoroughly. Plumber left.
