Toilet fixed quickly. The company called to let me know when he was on his way. They had given me a 1-3 P.M. time line and he arrived a little after 1 P.M. Jeff was very polite, introduced himself when he came in, put on booties over his boots. Discussed the problem, explained in detail exactly what he would do to fix it and how much it would cost. He was very quiet when doing the work and left the bathroom clean. He also discussed another problem with a broken drain crock outside our home and described why it would be best to snake drain when replacing it. I will call back for this service.

They charge $30 if they come out and you don't want the work. They do bring the materials and the person will do the job immediately. They called to confirm appointment and came on time. The person the company sent was very nice. They gave an informal quote over the phone and the worker agreed with it. He did the job in under 3 hours. I just thought it was a little expensive since they only used $50 in materials, so it ended up being about $100/hr labor. But I really needed/wanted the job done. I did not get other quotes since some other contractors never even came for an estimate.

Very professional, neat and quick to respond. Ordered faucet for me and had it in one day. Have had them before, recommend in Angie's List.

Eric and Tim were polite, professional, and helpful. Each task was done with care and efficiency. Clean-up was exceptional. I will most definitely call them whenever I need help with plumbing.

They were good and relatively cheap. They did call the city to help out when we needed information before the work.

They are pricey but worth every penny. All of their staff is very courteous and knowledgeable.

The initial phone call went well and I waited at my home for the 3 hour time frame we established. Soon after I arrived at home to meet the plumber I received a call from the office asking if my appointment could be moved; the plumber was delayed at another job. Since I had to take off of work to meet someone at my house, my answer was no. I gave them 3 options: 1) to reschedule the next day (Saturday) with no overtime costs to me, 2) to have the plumber come out that evening, no matter how late, and again, with no overtime charges to me, or 3) I would go elsewhere and they'd lose a repeat customer. The plumber, Brian, showed up at 6. He did a thorough job at explaining our needs, giving us options and was very friendly considering he was there until 7 pm on a Friday night. I always have great service with Plumbing Source and will continue to use them for all my plumbing needs.

They were very professional. The drain they had to clean out was in my flower garden and they only asked for a 3 foot section cleared. They were very careful and none of my plants were damaged.

The company was excellent! The work they did was thorough & careful, & the workman was honest & respectful.

I called the company to report having 2 frequently clogging. They informed me that if power augering was required that could cost about $100 for the first toilet & about $30 for the 2nd. After the technicians came out the determined power-augering was not needed & found no back-ups. The age of my toilets were the issue.

They discovered things that I had not found.

I called before the office was open and left a message with the answering service. My call was returned before 9 am and an appointment was set between 3 and 5 pm. I was called 20 minutes prior to the appointment and the mechanic (Eric) arrived right after 3. He worked efficiently, explained the problem, and cleaned up when done. Every person I spoke to was polite and helpful and I felt the cost was very fair for the amount of work done.

We've had them before, I am always pleased with their work.

Two men came out to snake our sewer line. That line went very well, but when they went to snake two additional lines, they found one line that was blocked. They were creative in solving the problem of the blocked line, and cleared all three sewer lines to the street. They were very professional and provided great service. They also were excellent about communicating with us. They called twice during the day to update us on their schedule, allowing us to meet them at the house without wasting any time. They had everything that they needed with them, all the right equipment, etc. We would recommend them to anyone needing a sewer line snaked. We will call them again if we need the same service, and would consider using them for other services as well.

The hot water knob in our shower was stripped and needed replacing. Mario, from the plumbing source, who had been out before to our house for another job, showed up on time, did a thorough job and went above and beyond (put turnoff values on the water sources behind the tub, replaced values that were deteriorating, he checked with me first and explained the problem and was not at all pushy). The new shower handle panel looks great, works great, everyone's happy. And Mario really is the best, nice guy, very professional and courtesy, I'd recommend him every time. While he was sodering, he had to take the battery out of the smoke detector because it kept going off and after he left, he couldn't remember if he had replaced the battery so he followed up with us (he had).

I arranged for this service to be performed at my mother's home in Shaker Heights--I live in Cincinnati. The company representative called to let me know that the plumber was in transit. The scheduled time was to be between 10 a.m. and noon; the plumber arrived at 10:05. As I requested, the plumber also called after diagnosing the problem and to let me know the cost in advance. My mother indicated that the contractor left the job site clean.

Had a rocky start on communications but Greg the owner resolved any issues that we had and was VERY responsive. I would recommend this company they care about their customers and are fair.

Not very good. Upon getting to the house, he called and gave me an estimate of $550 despite the woman on the phone said it would only cost $250-$300. Upon completion of the work, my wife asked how much it would be, he said $500, upon which she replied she was told it would only be $250-$300. At this point, he went out to his truck and came back with a bill for $325. How could the price change that quickly? He was not trying to be nice, he was trying to pull one over on us. Based on this experience I do not trust them and will not have them ever do additional work in the future.

They were wonderful! They came out late, but they called us and let us know so that there was no problem. They did a lot of investigating before they started working to make sure they got things done right.

Everything went well. This is a short and simple story. The hot water tank was leaking from the bottom. The tank was 12 years old, so I suspected it had rusted out from the bottom. I called the Plumbing Source. They have tanks in stock. I was happy to hear they were Rheem brand - a high quality brand, from my limited experience. I called in the afternoon and they arrived the following morning to install the new tank. Everything went smoothly.

They were timely, thorough and gave fast service.

It was very good, they gave a quote on price before any work was done. Asked and answered all questions. also fixed my outside faucet.

Was able to come the same day I called. Tech was on time, polite and very neat. Explained what would be done and the fee. Have used this company before and will use again.
