They did a great job.The tech was very pleasant and did very detailed work. It did seem to be a bit pricey, but was done very well and worth the cost.

It went excellent overall. They worked around my schedule. I needed a water heater right away. Other plumbing companies couldn't get here in time. I was very happy.

We called them at first for our hot water heater and they had someone out the next day, (a Saturday) and had the work done by noon. When they came to fix the faucet, they did a good job even though it was a difficult place to work. They were extremely pleasant, professional and neat. They did first rate, high quality work.

The job was completed in two separate trips. When I called to replace the first toilet, on a Thursday, they were able to schedule a visit for the next morning. Their large panel truck arrived carrying all of the supplies they needed to do the job, and within an hour the job was done. I scheduled the second visit a few days later and got a repeat performance - prompt, quick, efficient. I was impressed. Mike Hess, the plumber responsible for the work, was professional and knowledgeable.

They were wonderful to deal with; punctual, polite, clean and fairly priced! I would definitely give them an A+.

They were exceptional, the manager was Jim and he was phenomenal. He worked for about 12 hours straight. Very professional.

Very good, very pleased with the work. Found them in the Angie's List magazine and used the Angie's List coupon. They were on-time and reasonably priced. He was a very nice gentleman and got the work done right away. Recommend using them.

I am happy to have my downstairs bathroom back. (I am a diabetic with bad knees.)

I telephoned the company and told them our problem. Debbie was courteous and professional. She answered all my questions and concerns. She gave me two time slots the very next day. Since, it was a work day she said that they would call us at work so that we could come home to let them in the house and that we weren't waiting the full two hours for them and missing work. The two guys that came were dressed in neat uniforms, visible name tags and company logo. They were professional and courteous. We were told that it could be anywhere from $250-$550 for snaking and taking a camera down the pipe. They actually had us flush toilets and checked the outside line first where there was no back up(just cleaned out by the city). They then went in the basement and ran water down the drain which was slowly backing up. They snaked out the drain and removed a large tree root and gunk. The plumber said that at this time he would not recommend the camera because the water went right down and we had no more back up after they snaked it out. He said there was a blockage about 8feet into the drain. They filled the wash tub with water and released it into the drain with no back up. Stated we shouldn't have any more problems and if we did they would come back out and place a camera down the drain. Again very courteous and professional. They were slightly later than there 2hr window and we appreciate the fact that we did not miss any work because they called to give us a heads up that they were running behind.

Two men arrived promptly at 8:30 a.m. as scheduled and left at 3:00 p.m. They thoroughly inspected all sewers and reported that no blockage existed. Because the house was built in 1945, some soil had accumulated in the pipes and had narrowed their internal diameters. We asked about another appointment to flush the accumulated debris. They called the office and told us that a truck with the power flushing equipment could be sent in about 45 minutes if we wanted to do it the same day. They broke for lunch and came back to assist in the flushing. Afterwords, they replaced all downspouts, swept up dirt from the beds where some of the downspouts were located, wrote a detailed report and left. They were professional, polite and kept us informed as they proceeded. They answered all our questions. We have used this company before for various plumbing jobs and always have been very satisfied. That is why we had them perform this inspection. Note: In response to a question below regarding the estimate. The cost of the inspection was exactly what was quoted over the phone. The overall estimate was larger because we had the drains flushed in addition to the inspection.

They did a good job. They had to come back because when they opened it up the first time, it got clogged again. They didn't charge me for this second trip though.

The company was courteous when providing the estimate for work, did not try to pressure me, and fully answered my questions. The technicians who performed the installation arrived promptly on time. They were courteous and efficient. They removed the old heater (which they took away with them), installed the new heater, cleaned up the work area, and provided training on using the controls.

This went smoothly from start to finish. They adapted to coming to my house later in the morning in order to meet my work schedule (9:30), and completed the job by 5 pm, including removal of my old hot water heater tank. The plumbers, Brian D. and Greg G., were courteous, quiet, and worked well with the window installer and electrician who were there at the same time. Clean up was thorough, leaving my old basement floor less dusty than before they started. They even warned me when one of indoor cats got into the basement when the window was still open. Before leaving, Brian went over operation of the unit and reviewed maintenance needs. So far the unit is working well. The estimate came in higher than the actual price because I used a different electrician and paid the window installer separately (for total of approximately $350.00), and their initial estimate included both; also received Angie's List discount of 5%.

I snaked the main line to remove any clog and allow for them to scope just prior to their arrival. They arrived on time. Had a professional appearance and were very friendly. They were to scope the main drain of the house. They brought one camera to the job which had faulty connection. They were able to hold it in place to get a connection, but could not scope the drain due to a main line trap. They tried different avenues to find a way to make it work, but were unable to find a way to gain access to the drain. They soft quoted $800.00 to remove the trap and then to scope the line to determine the problem. They charged nothing for the call and created a record at the office if I decided to move forward with removing the trap.

I have used this company a number of times and each time, the job has gone smoothly--quick response, showed up on time, gave thorough explanation of work and cost.

The company came in very quickly when called. They performed the work with as little damage as possible.

It appears that the two men did a very good job. Although it took longer than they had planned, they didn't rush the job.

They were prompt and efficient. They were funny and nice, too! They seemed thorough, once the pipe was thawed they did make sure there was no leaking in the attic. They gave us preventative suggestions for the future, as well as suggestions before they came out to prevent the pipe from rupturing.

The plumbers were polite, professional and did not over charge for a small repair. However, they showed up at 6 for an appointment between 2 and 4. I had to call twice to see what was going on, as no one called me to explain the situation.

Mike arrived a few hours after we called. He was very friendly and kept us fully informed as to his progress. After 3 attempts to snake the drain, he delivered the news that it appeared we had a broken drain line. He fully explained what had happened to the drain line and what would be required to repair it. We have scheduled a date for the required repair.

Jimmy spent a long time researching the existing drains and evaluating the problem. He explained everything to me and then very quickly got the equipment needed to start the job on the same day I called. I needed to have the entire back of the house retiled. In spite of the cold weather, Jimmy and his crew got the job done very quickly. My basement is now dry and the drain system is working well. After they were done the area was clean and tidy. I am very satisfied with the work.

The price for the work seemed reasonable (and included the shower head) but I didn't do any shopping. I will use them again.

We called the Plumbing Source the following morning. They were very friendly and responsive in setting up an appointment to come out that day. The two plumbers that showed up (on-time!!) were very friendly, explained the job that needed to be done prior to work being completed. They finished the job in 20 minutes. I was very satisfied with the service and would most definitely use them again.

They were able to come out right away when I called and it was on a holiday weekend. Two gentlemen came out to unclog my sewer line and they did it the most cost efficient way for me. They really tried their best to keep my price down as much as they could and gave me different options to go with. They were very pleasant & professional and I appreciated the work they did for me. They also cleaned up everything before they left. I would use them again.

They came out quickly (within 2 hours of my call). He turned the water off in that portion of my home so it wouldn't effect the rest of my home. He did the work quickly and took care of it efficiently. They were just great and I would recommend them highly.
