Everything has gone well with this company. They were very reliable. They come when they're supposed to and they are very polite. They were very professional as well.

They are great. I have been using them and having them come out and do the work on our water softener for about three years now. I have been happy with the service and have no complaints at all.

I would turn the water on full blast and just a trickle would come out, so we called them and them came out as soon as they could. I was very impressed with them. I had to wait almost a week for an appointment, but I was not in a crisis. They were exactly on time. I thought the sump pump was the big problem and needed snaking, but they found there was a loose part and it took only a little time to fix it. The drain cleaning took much longer than they anticipated,due to so many roots, so he let me know that it would cost more. They cleaned up and took away the roots.

I thought it was quality work, he worked very well with my drain. He came as soon as I called and he told me another problem he fixed way into the wall, he was very professional and I would use him again and his price was reasonable.

When I called they made arrangements to come out as soon as possible, within a day - that was really great! They arrived promptly and explained everything they were going to do before they did it. They cleaned a large amount of mud out of my drain and then snaked the line. Because the back gutter line wasn't draining well they checked and snaked that line, too. They walked me through everything they did and found, and I'm very happy with the results. With last night's heavy rain there was absolutely no water backup in the driveway or in the basement. Needless to say, I'm very pleased with the work that was done.

Debbie who answered the phone was one of the nicest people I've ever talked to. She was helpful and happy to work with my schedule to set up a time that was as convenient as possible for me. The two plumbers who came to my house were friendly and polite. They were clean and left absolutely no mess behind when they were done.

Dennis came for an estimate of all the jobs. He was polite, clean and professional. He came back on appointment time and spent the whole day with one student, had everything fixed and in working order. He spent lot of time trying to dissemble hardwares on a bidet, which we have not been able to use for over a year and rusted. He advised that we needed new hardware (I agreed with that). After that day's work, everything has worked perfectly to this date (over one month by now). He took away all the trash and clean up every thing. We were very satisfied with the work and thought the cost was reasonable though we did not have another estimate. Later on, we chose the hardwares for the bidet from a Kohler distributor. The hardwares retailed for about $380. Dennis called back and gave us an estimate of the job of fixing the bidet. We thought the estimate was too high ($800). Though Dennis said if he did not have to spent too much time to dissemble the bidet, it could cost less but he would not know until he tackled the job. I actually believe that, but we have not had the bidet fixed yet up to now. The best part was the 5% discount because we got this plumbing company from the Angie's List.

They are very good, neat, and cleaned up after themselves.

We had a leak that was dripping from the ceiling in our laundry room. Deducted it was from the bathroom upstairs. Called the Plumbing Source's emergency # and talked to the plumber. Decided to schedule something the next morning. The scheduler called in the morning and they were able to come out between 12 and 2. Much to my husband's surprise they showed up early which was great. Pat replaced the wax seal of the toilet and also recommended that it be augered since it wasn't flushing fully every time. He also replaced two speedy stops on two of our toilets when my husband asked if he could. The wax seal seemed to fix the problem and Pat indicated that if it didn't resolve it to call back. It was dry all night and most of the next day. Wednesday evening we noticed more water so we cut the ceiling open to find a hole in the copper pipe for the water. Called The Plumbing Source Thursday morning and they were able to get Pat back out that same day. He repaired the pipe in about 20 min. They recommended a drywall repair company to fix the ceiling. On both days Pat was very professional, courteous and took time to explain things to us.

They were hard working. They responded immediately. They were very reliable in following through. They realized a gas leak could be dangerous. They were kind and courteous.

They found that the toilet needed to be re-sealed. They came on time and were courteous and were clean while they worked. They did such a great job we already recommended them to a neighbor and since we did that, we will receive $10 off our next service. Their follow up is also excellent.
