The gentleman that came to the house was very nice. I would use them again and recommend them.

Very good. The serviceman came out on-time, worked efficiently and was done in a few hours. The overflow drain had a broken part, which caused the tub to release water to the ceiling below. He also was so tidy I appreciated that.

They were very good, they worked with me and they worked around us. They were very comfortable to be around, they did a great follow up as well.

Very well. I called about 10:30 and the came about 2:00. They were quick (about 1 1/2 hours?) They were very neat. To protect my floor, they laid tarps between my basement and the outside. They were careful not to harm my walls when delivering the new tank and removing the old one. This is not easy because I have a circular staircase which makes it difficult to move large, bulky items from the basement to the first floor. When they left, everything was working and I have had no problems in the week since it was installed. They were polite and professional when they answered the questions that I had during installation. When I called the next day to ask a few more questions, the women who answered the phone was very helpful, also. Although the cost was higher than I expected, it was consistent with other quotes that I received.

I was originally looking to get a tank-less heater and got an estimate but it wasn't cost effective in my older house. The old heater died over the weekend. I called at 8 am Monday and had the new heater I wanted by 1 pm the same day.

I would not call anyone else. These guys do a fabulous job. They figure out what needs to be done every time. I feel that the cost is well worth having them. I can't say enough good things about them.

I called in the morning, and they were able to come late in the afternoon. It took only a few minutes to clear the drain, and the plumber could tell me that the cause of the problem were small pieces of ground cement in the sink.

Excellent experience. Sales type and appointment scheduler on the phone were both very nice people. They were able to do the work the same day, within 2 hours in fact. Two guys came out. Very competent, pleasant, professional. Everything was done within a couple of hours, despite a tight fit. Quality of work is excellent. They cleaned everything up thoroughly. You wouldn't know they were even there except for the new, high quality water heater. Will definitely use them again.

I thought I would have to have a faucet replaced, but the plumber was able to remove sediment from the pipe and now the faucet works great!

I got the name from Angie's List. It was an emergency, they were everything the list said it would be. They were very punctual, good followup. This was the right choice.

I have had Mike here previously (Plumbing Source) when he put a new drain under my kitchen sink. I asked for him when I called the company, because he does a good job, and when I am in doubt about something, he answers me truthfully. I have had 2 bad experiences in the last 2 years (1 from Angie's list and 1 a referral). I hope my sinks and toilets continue to work well, but if I need help again, I will call this company and hope Mike is sent to my home to do the work.

Two servicemen arrived, identified themselves, ask me to describe the problem and identify the downspouts. They unloaded equipment (I was really impressed with orderliness of their truck), asked for electrical outlet and water house, and proceeded to shake 2 downspouts. They found no blockage, but suggested a grade issue as possible source of problem. Replaced downspouts in a satisfactory manner, only one minor problem. I later found a hole buried in my water hole from contact with their equipment.

The fellow that comes out a lot is named Erik. He is a very good young professional man. I would highly recommend them and use them again. I have nothing but praise for these people.

I think that the price is high because they have a lot of overhead. But the quality is high as well and they do cover the whole county and will work weekends. The resources are great and in an emergency I will use them again.
