They are a good company and we have used them a couple of times. They do good work and provide good service. They had showed up when they said they would and had finished the job in the amount of time they said they would. They were friendly too and everything was on the money. They had charged only what they had quoted us. We found them to be convenient too because we didn?t have to go shopping for a water heater. They had made certain recommendations and we were able to pick one from there, and it turned out very well.

I've used them for years and I have recommended them to other people. They are super and top notch.

They removed several action figures out of one toliet. They did a great job. They were very professional, neat and cleaned up well.

Aside from the expense, I liked their service. They are prompt, they do good work, they cleaned up, and they kept their vehicles out of our way.

There was a little bit of misunderstanding as I thought that I didn?t have to be at home to let them in and they called me when I was at work and I had to come back home and let them in. They were professional and came on time. They ran a little tube with a camera and showed me how the pipes were cracked and explained to me what had to be done. The pipes that they put in were of good quality. Their pricing was very reasonable as well. I was satisfied with their service.

In retrospect, it was way overpriced given the time and materials.

They were cordial, available and helpful from start-to-finish. However, they did state they would come later that day (I called when they opened) and gave us an update that they would be late but still come; they ended up canceling for that night and coming the next morning. This delay was inconvenient - especially because both my wife and I work full-time. Our part was covered by the warranty and there was a snafu on the part-supplier's part and they delayed shpping. Once the part arrived, the plumber was there that day to install it. I would have preferred they came the day they said they would; the price seemed a bit steep for what seemed like 2 hours of work. But we understand that we paid more for expert service and their proffesionalism was wonderful.

Overall we had a very good experience. I have already recommended them to our friends.

It went very well. Ben, Greg and Marty (excavator) were very professional and pleasant. Ben explained everything to me before and during the project. This is a professional company - they do things right the first time and truly care about providing quality service, customer education and customer satisfaction.

Excellent job. Fast service and could get to the core of the problem effectively. Took time to explain what would be done prior to doing so. He also explained the price prior to completing the work.

This was the 2nd time I've used the company. I didn't seek other estimates because I wanted someone who would be available quickly, do good reliable work, and communicate well as to their availability, time of arrival, procedures, etc. I was very pleased in all respects. It's worth it to me just to avoid the frustration that I've sometimes encountered with other services. They were able to do the work 4 days after I called. Received an Angie's List discount.

Everything went very well. I have hired them to come back next week and install a new pipe, etc. to deal with the downspout that cannot be snaked or diverted. Again, they were both very professional, kind and respectful. Ben especially so, not to mention knowledgeable. I highly recommend The Plumbing Source.

We've used them multiple times and they have always done a great job. We don't look for estimates anymore because we know they will get the job done and get it done right. They can always come out the next day and if they have a cancellation, they will call and come earlier. They did a really good job and we were very pleased. Their price may be a little above average, but they get the work done right.

This guy was great he was extremely knowledgeable of plumbing and explained everything in detail. He was honest about the cost of parts needed and didnt try to inflate them. So far out of alot of work we have had done by different companies he has been the best. Just really seemed to care about the customer and wanted to do the best job. I didn't think there were any people left like this.

They were very courteous they came on time and did everything they said they were going to do. I did not feel cheated or like they tried to upsell me at any point.

They were good. They were prompt and the overall service was good. The technician that came out worked quickly and had it repaired. He was professional, responsive and punctual. I had to call him back to repair one part of the sprinkler system that my wife failed to show him and he came out immediately and had it repaired.

Again, I have used this group before and have been very pleased with their work. They did an excellent job and I was even more pleased when I just finished reading my newest issue of Consumers Report and found that the toilet that they recommended and installed in my house is Consumers Report number 1 model for a low flush toilet. The plumbers told me that I was either going to love or hate the new toilet as it was a new model from American Standard (I had better have love it as if it did not work well then they were coming back to take it out!). I also thought the price they charged was a bit high but after reading the Consumers Report article, I paid $561 for the toilet and the installation and the list price in the magazine was $425 for just the toilet. Since there was labor involved to install the new toilet, I again felt much better after reading this article knowing that I did purchase a quality product and had a quality job with the installation of the toilet. I will call the office and also tell them of my findings from Consumer Report. Unfortunately, we all need a plumbing company from time to time but this company has always been a professional group that installs high quality products and I am pleased with their work.

I called The Plumbing Source on Monday 22 June and described the work for which I needed an estimate. Al came out the same day and provided a detailed estimate and itemized price list, plus an estimate of the time required. I was satisfied, and called the office the same day to request that he perform the work. Al and his assistant Craig were able come out that Thursday. They arrived on time at 8:00 AM, slipping on shoe covers before they even entered the house. They performed all the necessary work removing and disposing of the ancient original sink and replacing it with the pedastal sink I'd purchased. They also replaced the supply lines, shutoff valves, and trap. The water in the house was off for less than an hour during their work. They also rebuilt the interior of the toilet tank, eliminating the machine-gun rattle that occurred whenever it was flushed. They completed the work in under the time budgeted and cleaned up completely before leaving.

They did a fantastic job. It didn't cost as much as I thought I'd have to pay. It was super. I would highly recommend them. They are courteous and cleaned up. I didn't have to ask them to do anything.

Eric and Craig arrived promply at the scheduled time. The quickly assessed the problem and ran a snake to clean out the clogged storm sewer pipe fixing the problem. They then thoroughly looked at all my storm sewer pipes using a scope to verify no other problems existed.

They came out and did the job in less than 30 minutes. Their price was competitive and the quality of work was very good. They are very responsive and punctual in their appointments. I have used their services a couple of times and will continue to use them if required.

The faucet works well now and he did a good job. However, I think it would have helped if the person in the office had been able to give some sort of estimate before they came out. I was told it was "by the job"--but I explained exactly what needed to be done (take out old one, replace with exact same model). I asked about travel time, but she said it was "by the job." I still have no idea how charges are figured. He spent under an hour on the job (and some of that time was sitting in the truck--what are they doing in there?). Earlier this spring we'd had much more complex work done and the charge was only 1/3 higher. I don't get it. If it's a distance thing then I'll look for a company closer to my house. The worker was careful and competent and I appreciate that, but charges need to be clearer.

Water line was on a hillside and location of leak was not known with any certainty. Contractor gave a range of estimates to cover unexpected difficulties. In spite of having to do more digging than hoped, the final cost was at the low end of range.

They were very excellent. They cleaned up after themselves. They were effecient. I would use the again.
