The Plumbing Source

First of all, I would like to say that I would never use another plumbing company other than the Plumbing Source. You could say that I am spoiled, but every time I have used this company, the experience has been nothing short of phenomenal. Al and Jeff are top-notch, professional plumbers, focused on their job, yet friendly and respectful. They completed their job in the estimated time and at the estimated price. We subsequently discovered an issue with the bathroom toilet, and Al returned (a day ahead of schedule!) to address the issue. This company is the best company I have ever dealt with! From the moment you call the office to the time the job is done, you can be assured that their commitment to excellence will provide the best experience possible.

THEY WERE CONSIDERATE OF THE FACT I HAD TO GO TO WORK THAT DAY. I APPRECIATED THAT.

First I called Approved Plumbing on Angie's List, there was a recording (they work M-F only). That's when I called The Plumber's Source, Tony answered the phone promptly. Being a weekend, the price was a little high but I understood that. I'm just grateful they came promptly. They were knowledgeable, courteous & came within a timely basis. I'd use them again.

Al the plumber was very polite and professional. He doesn't work on commission like other services. The price was very reasonable and I felt I wasn't overcharged for the work. In fact, I thought it was going to be more.

They were prompt, courteous, and kept things clean. Receptionist was knowledgeable and friendly. My only complaint was that the job took three hours instead of the expected six. Although they gave me the bottom price on the quote (the range was $800 to 1000), it would have been nice if they had split the difference between the actual cost and the lowest quote. (Cost of materials on this job was about $40; most of it was labor.)

Mario was right on time. Was, as previously, very polite and courteous. He completed the job for the quoted price, without delay. Mario was also very neat in his work. This is my second experience with the company and I will definitely call upon them again.

APPRECIATED HIM CHECKING THE SUMP BECAUSE BACK UP WASN'T WORKING. HE WENT THROUGH ALL THE PLUMBING IN THE HOUSE. HE SEEMED VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND NICE. Because it was his first visit here a top ten list of all plumbing was checked out with me. He found battery back-up to sump pump not working AND security back-up to sump not working. Pleasant, helpful. On time.

Recommend their services to other home owners. Great service and efficient respond time. Helps in reducing future sewer problems throughout the house inside and outside.

Dennis B. and a helper came on time and thoroughly explained everything that needed to be done and why. Even though I did not plan on needing this work at this time, it probably could have been a lot more expensive if I had found the blockage in the line later. As it was, it was not a very pleasant day to be working outside and they were pretty cheerful whenever I spoke with them. They finished on time so I could get out of my driveway to make another appointment on time. I even got to use my Angie's list coupon for $10 off. Thanks.

OH YES, WE WILL BE CALLING THEM IN THE FUTURE. THE WORKERS WERE VERY NICE AND THE PRICES WERE FAIR. THEIR GREAT.

I called The Plumbing Source on a Tuesday morning to set up an estimate. We were in a pinch (needed the sink in before New Years and it was December 27th). We had an estimate by that afternoon and the sink was installed 2 days later. They were on time and accommodating to my schedule. The sink looks great!

It was an uncertain situation, as to whether or not the pump was actually doing any good. The hole was bone dry, and upon inspecting the old pump, it totally ceased working. The technician, Mario, was helpful and it took some time to remove a radon cover and to come to a decision (on my part) whether to replace the pump or not. I did.

I was disappointed with this experience. He didn't spend much time looking at the work to be done. I had another plumber come and he was able to complete the job for $130.

THE PLUMBER WAS COURTEOUS AND EXPLAINED EVERYTHING TO ME SO I COULD MAKE THE INFORMED DECISION. HE DID NOT PRESSURE ME OR TRY TO MAKE A SALE.

All three of my house toilets were malfunctioning. The Plumbing Source arranged for Mario to come to my house the very day I phoned. The company phoned when he was on the way to my house. Mario worked several hours and fixed all of the toilets. They honored my Angie's List membership with a 10% discount.

THE CONCRETE WORK FOR THE DRAIN WAS NOT SMOOTH LIKE THE REST OF THE FLOOR. WHEN THEY MOVED THE WATER TANK, THEY DID NOT RUN THE WATER LINES AT RIGHT ANGLES, BUT TOOK THE SHORTEST PATH, WHICH WAS AT ODD ANGLES WITH THE PIPES CRISS-CROSSED.

JIMMY WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND STRAIGHT FORWARD.

HE WAS EXCELLENT. HE DID NOT PRESSURE ME TO BUY ANYTHING AND THERE WAS NO CHARGE FOR THE VISIT. HE IS A NICE YOUNG MAN.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. PRICING IS FAIR, THEY CALL AND COME WHEN THEY SAY THEY WILL.

WORK WAS EXPENSIVE, WITH ALACARTE PRICING, BUT WORK WAS DIFFICULT BECAUSE OF AGE OF HOME (50 YEARS)AND CRAMPED AREAS. QUALITY OF WORK WAS OUTSTANDING, WITH COMPLETE CLEANUP AFTERWARDS. PLUMBERS HAD EXCELLENT INTERPERSONAL SKILLS AND WERE EAGER TO PLEASE. THIS IS THE 2ND JOB THIS YEAR. EARLIER JOB WAS INSTALLATION OF WATERLINE TO STREET AND THAT WAS DONE WITH THE SAME DILIGENT WORK ETHIC, WITH AN OPEN DISCUSSION OF THE WORK AND WHAT TO EXPECT. WE FOUND BOTH CREWS TO BE HARDWORKERS AND HONEST. WE WOULD HIRE THEM AGAIN.

I WILL BE HIRING THIS COMPANY TO PUT IN A NEW WATER SYSTEM. BILL IS THE MOST KNOWLEDGEABLE "WATER GUY" THAT YOU CAN FIND! HE CHECKED OUR WATER, CAME UP WITH A QUOTE TO REPLACE THE CURRENT SYSTEM, & GAVE US RECOMMENDATIONS ON WHAT THEY WOULD DO TO CLEAN UP THE ENTIRE PLUMBING SETUP. A TRUE PROFESSIONAL!

DENNIS WAS GREAT TO WORK WITH. HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND WORKED WITH US UNTIL WE COULD IDENTIFY HOW OUR SEWER LINES WERE RUN OUT TO THE STREET, SO WE COULD FIND OUR OUTSIDE CLEAN-OUT. AFTER BEING MISQUOTED BY THE OFFICE STAFF, DENNIS WAS FAIR IN THE PRICING HE OFFERED FOR THE JOB HE COMPLETED.

THE SERVICEMAN WAS AMIABLE AND OFFERED GOOD ADVICE WHEN ASKED ABOUT DRAIN CLEANERS, GARBAGE DISPOSALS, ETC. MY EXPERIENCE WITH PLUMBING SOURCE HAS BEEN QUITE GOOD, AND THAT IS WHY THIS WAS A REPEAT BUSINESS.
